Preschool Screening
A Child Find screening will be held for children between the
ages of 3 years to 5 years who may have developmental
delays in any of the following areas:
Vision/Hearing
Fine/Gross Motor
Adaptive/Self Help
Cognitive
Speech/Language
Social/Emotional
If you are interested in having your child screened and would
like to schedule an appointment, please call Luba Woelke at
(847) 540-4970. Appointments will be available to those who
reside within the Lake Zurich CUSD 95 boundaries.
