Main Responsibilities: To prepare creditors’ reconciliations and follow up of entries on the creditors statements/outstanding creditors statements; To assist in processing creditors and payment entries as and when required; To ensure that finance documents, i.e. invoices, statements, budget reallocations, journals etc. are properly recorded and filed leaving an adequate audit trail; To assist in the mandatory grant reconciliation process; To proactively liaise with all divisions in order to ensure that all finance related documents are submitted timeously; To assist staff with details of budgets, actuals and encumbrances; To assist with bank reconciliations; To assist in fixed assets and consumables counts on a quarterly basis. The purpose of the role To support the IT Manager with the maintenance of the IT infrastructure, effective management of service providers and risk mitigation; to provide desktop support, access administration and WAN/LAN, intranet, internet and website management. Main Responsibilities: To monitor and administer the server, ensure its optimal usage and that there is sufficient capacity to run the services required; including the monitoring of WAN/ LAN Access control; user and password administration; To provide IT support and advise BANKSETA staff on best practices that will contribute to the efficient and effective usage of the IT tools; ; To assess usability of assets, troubleshoot and provide solutions where required or recommend disposal; To conduct backup and disaster recovery management as per the BANKSETA policy; To monitor the security dashboards, anti-virus updates and resolution of abrupt threats.
