Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) published a consultation paper on the proposed
introduction of Volatility Control Mechanism (VCM) and Closing Auction Session (CAS) on 16 January
2015. In order to enable Exchange Participants (EPs) to have a better understanding of the proposed
models for consultation, HKEx has scheduled the following two briefing sessions. Interested EPs should
complete the enrolment form (Attachment) and return it to HKEx on or before 13 February 2015.
