That same functionality, its striking aesthetic; just easier to order. During this time
we’ve streamlined production into three models, without compromising on quality
— it’s actually improved. Citti comes in ash or oak veneer, with solid wood edging for

A family with personality. Peep is a range of cabinets with traditional
Scandinavian aesthetics given a modern, stylised form and function – with a
special Zweed twist... The asymmetrically positioned handles give a glimpse of
what lies behind its doors. Since the launch in 2011 new sizes and functions
have been added to the collection which now includes cabinets, chest of drawers,
media storage and – the latest addition – a bedside cabinet.

Moodi lies not only in its clever storage but in its cunning twist – its reversible
sliding doors that let you change its appearance in seconds. A cabinet to suit
our changing times and your own changing moods. Moodi is available in two
widths: 1300 mm and 1800 mm.

Delivery terms
Free delivery if nothing else
is agreed.
Delivery
The delivery time specified on
the seller’s order confirmation
refers to the time for delivery
from Form 12’s warehouse.
Payment terms
Unless otherwise stated, the
payment term is 30 days
net from the date of invoice.
Interest shall be charged in the
event of late payment. Delivered products shall remain the
property of the seller until full
payment has been received. In
the event of late payment, the
seller is unable to register new
orders or to deliver the current
order until full payment has
been received.
Alterations to products
The seller reserves the right
to make minor alterations to
the design of a model without
prior notice to the buyer.
Prices
Prices subject to alteration.
The prices valid on the order
date shall apply.
Instructions on handling
complaints and returns

• Damage during transport
Wrong delivery
In the event of a wrong delivery, contact Form 12’s customer
service department (see Complaint Report). Form 12’s customer services will ensure the
correct product is delivered
as soon as possible, and will
provide a returns number with
which the returned product
should be marked. Any wrong
deliveries should be repacked
carefully, preferably in the original packaging. Notify Form
12’s customer services when
the product is ready for collection. It is always the responsibility of the sender to pack the
goods in a satisfactory way to
meet the stated requirements
for crediting.
Manufacturing faults
In the event of a manufacturing fault, the right to
return expires three years after
the purchase date.
Damage during transport
Any damage must be reported to the shipping company
within seven days.
The following applies when
you receive goods:
Visible damage to
the packaging
Make a note of any deviations
and transport damage on
the consignment note before
signing for the delivery. Ensure
that the driver confirms your
reservations with a signature
and vehicle number. Once the
damage has been confirmed,
the transport company will arrange delivery of a new product.
Damage discovered
during unpacking
Call the transport company as
soon as possible, but no later
than seven days from the date
of receipt, to report the damage. The cause of the damage
will be investigated, and if
damage during transport can
be confirmed a new product
will be sent to you.
Complaint Report
To enable us to process a com
plaint or return, a Complaint
Report (available from Form 12’s
customer services) must be
completed. Based on this report,
Form 12’s customer services will
make an initial assessment of
the nature of the damage and
whether a return is warranted.
Please note that any returns
must be preceded by an assessment from Form 12’s customer
services. If a faulty good is to
be replaced by a new one, the
order will be debited in full. A
credit will then be issued once
the faulty good has been returned in the specified manner.
Returns
Returned furniture should be
sent to Form 12’s warehouse
in Malmö, Sweden and will be
taken care of by the transport
company in agreement with
Form 12’s customer services.
It is always the responsibility
of the customer to pack the
returned goods in a satisfactory way to meet the stated
requirements for crediting.
