Carpinteria. Fabulous location. Super easy ride into Santa Barbara on the interstate or back
roads. The condominium complex has two swimming pools and super easy access to the
Highway 101. The condominium complex grounds are immaculately kept. Beautiful old trees
and lovely gardens everywhere. I have a sweet older cat and she is spayed. She usually has
free rein of the condominium so we can keep your doors closed if you do not want her in your
rooms. No problem. Only one pet allowed so cannot have more pets per the landlord/lease. So
sorry, please do not ask. Parking is off-street in the complex. No smoking. $1,200 per month
and includes all utilities including wifi/internet. $1,200 security deposit and prorated first month's
rent depending on move-in date. $1,200 last month's rent due at signing. Twelve-month lease
