MODULARITY
MOORMEDS IS MODULAR. The modular design means that you are
able to alter the length when you need to, if you need more length simply
add a small 0.5m, medium 0.75m or large piece 1.25m, if you need to
make it shorter simply remove a piece, making sure no matter if your in
your home port or visiting another you can always ensure your cover can
span the distance keeping your shore connections neat and tidy.

MOORMEDS STRAP EDITION is designed with straps so that you hang
the sleeve below the mooring line; the straps have buckles, which can
be adjusted to the desired hanging height.
This design especially benefits larger vessels with heavier shore cables

At MOORMEDS we have done extensive testing of our products to ensure
quality and functionality, but we are always looking to make sure we
deliver a full package to our customers.
In situations where the stern rope exceeds a certain degree of angle your
mooring line cover can slide down or scrunch up at either end, our new
“Fixing Kit” eliminates this problem and keeps your MOORMEDS taught
and straight whilst retaining the flexibility to react with the boats natural
movement.

MOORMESH
MOORMEDS PVC is made out of high tenacity polyester, woven, PVC
coated and embossed one side. A lightweight product, easy to store,
totally waterproof. Available in many different colors and backed with
a 2-year warranty against rot,mildew and discoloration in normal
atmospheric conditions.
MOORMESH is a low maintenance material and very easy to keep,
MOORMESH alows water to escape freely and dries very quickly,
although all our moormeds breathe allowing moisture to escape.
This material is incredibly strong and durable, like with all of our
range this material features very high UV protection and because the
color is intergrated in to the material when its molded has a very high
color life.

CLEANING AND CARE

To avoid accumulation to dirt or any other particles, it is necessary
to clean the fabric regularly. MOORMEDS PVC/MOORTEX and
MOORMESH can be cleaned easily, Just brush off the dirt with a soft
bristled brush and wash with a solution of natural soap and water. Do
not use any detergents or solvents. Finally remove soap thoroughly with
plenty of fresh water and allow to dry.
