Join us for a two course lunch at the Royal Southampton Yacht Club a new venue
for 2015. The Royal Southampton is the region’s premier yacht club offering a wide
range of cruising, racing, training and social activities throughout the year. They were
awarded a Royal Charter in 1875 which makes them one of the oldest royal yacht
clubs in the country.
Following lunch Guest speaker Mark Davey, Chief Executive with multiple Award
winning Lakesmere, a Hampshire based Building Envelope Specialist will enlighten
us as to how they manage risk through their business. With the rapid growth of the
business over the last couple of years their biggest risk has been around managing
that growth and building in further controls.
