Operations Manager
As the Operations Manager, you will partner with the principals and staff to provide support and direction for the
day-to-day office administration. This position calls for a polished individual with excellent organizational skills,
able to balance the financial, human resource and facilities needs of the office.
Job Responsibilities:
• Process as contract administrator, office’s payables, distribute and verify invoices and projections
(knowledge of Vision software a plus)
• Coordinate office recruitment/layoffs, HR trainings, advise on HR issues and conduct new hire
orientations
• Manage administrative support staff
• Liaison with NY central office’s Human Resources, Accounting department personnel and work collegially
with other Office Management counterparts across the country
• Assist with office relocation team already in place
• Serve as administrative assistant to the Managing Principal: scheduling meetings and calls, developing

Key Skills:
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business or related field
• Minimum of 5 years plus experience in overseeing comprehensive administrative office functions and
demonstrated experience in executing office standards.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills including the ability to: express ideas concisely and clearly
to all levels within the company, establish and maintain effective working relationships with others, and
coordinate and/or supervise diverse administrative functions.
• Knowledge of programs, operations and administrative policies and procedures, strong follow-through
and prioritization skills, the ability to function in an evolving environment while demonstrating initiative,
self-motivation and the ability to maintain a strong sense of urgency are essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, Vision software and InDesign are a plus.
