Pre-finishing with specialized paint and sprayers in a clean,
indoor environment equals a better product.
1. The process starts by scuffing and cleaning
the board.
2. Robotic sprayers break the paint down into
smaller particles allowing the paint to bond
better. Using a mechanical application ensures
flawless coverage on every board. Unlike
flood coat and field applied applications, the
Diamond Kote process applies an even amount
to all painted surfaces.
3. The product then travels through the dryer,
where it is cured slowly and then cooled
creating a durable scratch resistant finish.
