1/2 tsp yellow cake coloring
Preheat oven to 325°. Mix oil, sugar & eggs. Mix soda in buttermilk & add to other mixture.
Gradually add flour to mixture. Add vanilla & yellow cake coloring. Bake in 9x12 pan for 25-35 min.
Topping:
1 cup nuts
1 cup sugar
1 small can coconut
1 cup sweet milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2
tsp
yellow cake coloring
1/4 cup self-rising flour
1 cup oil
Mix sugar & flour. Then add oil, salt, milk & cake coloring. Cook until thick.
Cool & add coconut & nuts. Spread over cake.
