2015 RECIPROCAL RIGHTS MEMBERS’ INFORMATION
ANZ Stadium Club welcomes Members of our Reciprocal Partner Clubs to experience the very best sporting events in Sydney from
the comfort of our Members’ Stand, which includes an exclusive Members’ Seating Reserve and a range of Members’ Facilities. To
take advantage of Reciprocal Rights at ANZ Stadium you must be a current full Member of one of the Royal Agricultural Society or
the Australian Racing Drivers’ Club.
EVENT CLASSIFICATION
Seating is allocated in the ANZ Stadium Members’ Reserve based on the size and stature of the event. We place Events into three
categories: Reserved Seating Events, General Admission (GA) Seating events and, Casual Reserved events.
GENERAL ADMISSION (GA) EVENTS
ANZ Stadium Members’ Reserve is ‘General Admission’ at regular season fixtures for the National Rugby League (NRL) and domestic
T20 cricket. Bookings or GA events can be booked up until five days before the event.
Members and their Guests simply proceed to the Members’ Reserve Seating on match day and select a seat within the allocated
Gold Members’ Reserve for that match.
Please see page 3 to learn how to access these events. Your entry may be complimentary at these events, or you may need to pay
the Paying Guest price. You are also eligible to purchase up to three (3) paying guest tickets to accompany you.
From January 2015 confirmed GA seating events include:
Rugby League – Charity Shield, 9 Bulldogs, 9 Rabbitohs, 2 Eels, 4 Wests Tigers and 2 St George-Illawarra home games.

CASUAL RESERVED EVENTS
ANZ Stadium Members’ Reserve is ‘Reserved Seating’ at Australian Football League (AFL) regular season fixtures. Bookings for
casual reserved events can be booked up until five days before the event.

RESERVED EVENTS
At major sporting fixtures that attract national & international attention seating in the ANZ Stadium Club Members’ Reserve is
allocated to each Member and Guest prior to match day. Reciprocal members are allocated after ANZ Stadium Members. Please
see below to find out how to make your booking in advance. You will be required to pay in advance the ‘Paying Guest Price’ for
these events. You are also eligible to purchase up to three (3) paying guest tickets to accompany you. Bookings must be made
before the booking close date (as detailed below).

*Availability is determined by the number of seats requested by ANZ Stadium Members. If Member requests fill the capacity of the Members Reserve, seats will be unavailable to reciprocal members.
BOOKING GENERAL ADMISSION/CASUAL RESERVED EVENTS
Reciprocal Rights Members MUST pre-register their attendance at ANZ Stadium Club General Admission events a minimum of five
days in advance of an event.
Registration can be completed online at www.anzstadium.com.au/reciprocal or call the Club on 1300 136 006 (option 1) during
business hours.
TICKET PRICES
NRL CLUB GAMES (EXCLUDING FINALS)
Reciprocal Members may be granted one (1) complimentary entrance and are eligible to purchase up to three (3) paying guest
tickets.
AFL & WARATAHS MATCHES / NRL, AFL & WARATAHS FINALS (IF AVAILABLE)
Reciprocal Members may purchase one (1) ticket and are also eligible to purchase up to three (3) paying guest tickets.

After registering you MUST present yourself on match day at the Members’ Box Office at Gate M/N with your Reciprocal Partner
Member card and valid photo ID to be granted complimentary access. You must keep your ticket with you at all times to access the
Members’ facilities.
BOOKING RESERVED EVENTS
As seating is reserved at these events, both ANZ Stadium Members and Partner Members must book prior to the event to signify
their intention to attend. A ticket will then be issued to them. To book your tickets head to www.anzstadium.com.au/reciprocal.
ANZ Stadium alters the size of its Members’ Reserve, based on how many Members and Guests are attending, to a maximum of
18,400 seats in the Members’ Stand.

BOOKING PROCESS
Prior to the booking close date (usually 6 weeks before each match), visit our website and make your request for tickets. You are
also eligible to request up to three (3) guest tickets, if capacity allows.
1.
All Reciprocal Rights Members requests will be processed at the closure of the booking period after ANZ Stadium Members and
their Paying Guest’s tickets are allocated.
2. There is no fixed cap on how many Reciprocal Members may attend a given event; if there is capacity in the Members’ Reserve
then all Reciprocal Rights requests will be granted.
3. You must bring your Club’s Membership Card and matching photo ID showing your name to be granted access to the Members’
Reserve, please note if you do not have access to the internet, please call ANZ Stadium Club on 1300 136 006 (Option 1) and
one of our Members’ Ticketing Representatives will be happy to make the ticket request on your behalf.
If the event is fully subscribed by ANZ Stadium Members then no reciprocal rights requests will be fulfilled. The price for each event is set by the hirer of the venue and is the same as the Paying Guest
price made available to ANZ Stadium Members. This price is generally less than the Category 1 general public price for seats that are deemed Category 1 in terms of their view and facilities. Prices will
be available at the opening date of each event.

RESERVED ADDITIONAL EVENTS
Should other matches be confirmed during the year with capacity for reciprocal rights members, the seating model, opponents, date
of match, and ticket prices will be made available at www.anzstadium.com.au/reciprocal.
IMPORTANT CONDITIONS
BEHAVIOUR
It is expected that all attendees treat other Stadium Members, Guests and staff with respect.
Everyone is expected to comply with all Stadium staff advice and directions and must behave in an appropriate manner at all times
when attending events at ANZ Stadium.
At all times Reciprocal Club Members must comply with these standards or they will be removed from the Stadium.
RULES AND CONDITIONS
•
We do not allow booking cancellations for Events and Dining Rooms.
•
Reciprocal members do not have transferable rights.
• You must present your Member Card from your Club and matching photo ID to take advantage of Reciprocal Rights and to
sit within the ANZ Stadium Members’ Reserve. Even if you hold a ticket you have pre-booked for a Reserved Seating Event
you must bring these items with you to ANZ Stadium.
• If you have booked for multiple members in one transaction, you must all arrive at the Box Office together, all have your
eligible Member cards in your possession, and all have matching acceptable photo ID.
•
Members of interstate Clubs must have proof of residency outside NSW to be granted access to the ANZ Stadium Members’
Reserve.
•
“Guest Passes” from Reciprocal Partner Clubs are not accepted.
•
Ticket Collection – is only available from the Box Office on event day. Tickets cannot be pre-collected at other Ticketek
agencies.
•
Booking reference number – Please write this down or print it when completing your order to receive your tickets as quickly as
possible on match day.

ANZ STADIUM CLUB MEMBERS’ FACILITIES
DINING
At reserved events Partner Members are invited to book Dining pre-match in either the Members’
Restaurant or the Members’ Brassiere. If you would like to dine please ensure you contact us well
in advance as bookings always sell out quickly for our big games. Dining bookings close five
(5) working days before the event, subject to restaurant capacity. Call (02) 8765 3104 or email

LOUNGES
On Event Days Partner Members are invited to enjoy the Gold Members’ Lounge on Level 4
featuring a range of food and beverage options, spacious lounges, broadcasts of the latest
sporting events and free WiFi.
BARS AND TERRACES
If a relaxed sports bar atmosphere is more to your taste why not head to the Members’ Terraces
located at both the South West and North West corners of Level 1. Both The Sin Bin and The
Cauldron Bar and Terrace areas offer an open air view of the field of play to soak up the
atmosphere before, during and after the game.
STADIUM CAFÉ
At domestic cricket and Club Rugby League matches before the match head to Level 5, where the
Stadium Café offers you an exciting dining alternative with a value for money bistro style menu. No
booking required.

DRESS CODE
ANZ Stadium Club expects all attendees to comply with the dress code. Those not meeting the minimum requirements
will not be allowed access into the Members’ Reserve. Discretion will be used in the case of young children. Jerseys of
the participating teams are allowed.
