are providing your information to ARAnet, Inc., and not to Facebook. By entering this
Sweepstakes, you may receive ARAnet marketing emails. You may opt out of participation after
you receive your first email.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the
Administrator which are legally binding and final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

ATTEMPT ANY SKIING OR SNOWBOARDING THAT IS BEYOND YOUR SKILL
LEVEL. PARTICIPANTS ACKNOWLEDGE THE INHERENT HAZARDS, DANGERS
AND RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH SKIING OR SNOWBOARDING, AND THAT THERE
ARE NATURAL FACTORS AND OCCURRENCES WHICH MAY IMPACT ON OR
AFFECT THE SAFETY OF SUCH ACTIVITIES AND PARTICIPANTS ASSUME THESE
RISKS AND DANGERS.
SWEEPSTAKES TIMING: The DreamPlanGo “The Great Breckenridge Giveaway” (the
“Sweepstakes”) begins Monday, February 16, 2015 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time
(“EST”) and ends on Friday, March 6, 2015 at 11:59:59 p.m. p.m. EST (the
“Sweepstakes Period”). There will be one drawing to award three (3) grand prizes on or
about March 12, 2015. Entry in this Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other
Sweepstakes, contest or promotion. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant
unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and
the decisions of ARAnet, Inc., 850 5th Street South, Hopkins, MN 55343 (the
“Sponsor”) and/or COHEN-FRIEDBERG ASSOCIATES, LLC, Framingham, MA
01702 www.cfapromo.com (the “Administrator”), whose decisions shall be final and
legally binding in all respects.
ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the Continental United
States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the
time of entry and have access to the internet at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and
directors of Sponsor, Administrator, Sweepstakes prize suppliers, and each of their
affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, franchisees, distributors, dealers, sales
representatives, retailers, printers, individuals engaged in the development, production or
distribution of materials, their advertising and Sweepstakes agencies, and any and all
other companies associated with the Sweepstakes agents (collectively, the “Sweepstakes
Entities”), and each of their immediate family members (as defined by the IRS) and/or
people living in the same household, are not eligible to participate or to win. All
eligibility is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. All entries
submitted are the property of the Sponsor. The Sponsor’s computer server will be the
official timekeeper for all matters related to this Sweepstakes.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter this Sweepstakes, visit
http://www.dreamplango.com/sweepstakes/breckenridge and complete the online
registration with all required information (which may include your full name, telephone
number, valid email address and zip code). Complete the registration by agreeing to the
Official Rules and (e) submit the entry.
Limit: You may enter one (1) time over the Sweepstakes Period excluding BONUS
entries. Earn one (1) BONUS entry for each friend you refer via Facebook and Twitter
who enters the Sweepstakes. The same friend cannot be referred more than once by any
one person and all friends referred must be referred at the time of entry. You may also
earn a Bonus entry by completing tasks within your DreamPlanGo profile.
E-mail and other information collected may be used for promotional marketing
specifically and only as it relates to ARAnet, Inc. Entries made by any other individual or
any entity, including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription notification
and/or entering services, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes.
Tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes is prohibited and
any entries deemed by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, to have been submitted in this
manner would be void. Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means
will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, garbled, corrupted, or unintelligible for
any reason, including, but not limited to, computer, network, or telephone connection
malfunction or congestion, are void and will not be accepted. In case of a dispute over
the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter
will be deemed to be the entrant. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the person
who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access Provider, online service
provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the
domain associated with the submitted email address. Entry constitutes permission (except
where prohibited by law) to use entrant’s name, city, state, likeness, image, and/or voice
for purposes of advertising, Sweepstakes, and publicity in any and all media now or
hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation,
notification, permission, or approval.
PRIZES/ODDS: Only the prize listed below will be awarded in this Sweepstakes. Odds
of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor reserves the right
to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should the prize become unavailable for any
reason.

Three (3) Grand Prizes: 5-Night/6-Day trip for two (2) to Breckenridge, CO. Prize
includes the following:
Five (5) Nights luxury one (1) bedroom condominium accommodations at the Grand
Lodge on Peak 7, Breckenridge's Premier luxury ski-in/ski-out resort!



Roundtrip air transportation for two (2) (not to exceed $1,000).
$600 for skiing and activities (prize awarded in the form of a check payable to the
winner).
$400 for ground transportation (prize awarded in the form of a check payable to
the winner).
Winner will coordinate with the designated travel agent or Sponsor representative to
organize and plan this vacation package (not to exceed $4,800.) Blackout dates apply and
is based on availability. Prize valid through the 2015/16 Breckenridge ski season.

Prize is provided on an “as is” basis, without any warranty of any kind. Prize is
non-transferable. Prize may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to
substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of equal or greater value if the advertised prize (or
portion thereof) becomes unavailable.
 With respect to any Prize that includes accommodations and/or airfare; desired travel
dates, accommodations, air transportation and vacation packages, to the extent any of the
foregoing are included in any Prize, are all subject to availability and Sponsor cannot
guarantee the accommodation of requested dates. Winner and guest must travel on the
same itinerary and on the same dates.
 To the extent that any Prize includes airline transportation or other travel arrangements,
air transportation shall be by coach class roundtrip from a major gateway to the location
of the Prize, and all such travel arrangements will be made by a designated representative
whose decisions regarding the itinerary are final and binding. Selection of airline and
airport shall be at the discretion of Sponsor or any other provider of any portion of the
Prize. Trip winner and travel companion must have valid travel documents (e.g.,
government issued I.D., passport, etc.) along with any other travel requirements including
a major credit card to check in to a hotel or rent a car (must be 25 or older to rent a car) in
order to travel prior to departure, and failure to do so may result in forfeiture of prize.
Winner and his/her travel companion are solely responsible for satisfying all legally
required conditions of travel. Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a
consequence of flight cancellation or delay or any weather or airline issues that prevent
the prizewinner and travel companion, if applicable, from traveling, in which event any
missed portion of the Prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided.
 Prizewinner is responsible for any and all applicable fees, service charges, surcharges
or passenger facility charges, all insurance, federal, state, local and foreign taxes, if any,
gratuities, meals, incidental charges and any other unspecified expenses associated with
acceptance or use of the prize.
All estimated retail values are subject to change based on, among other things, normal
price fluctuations associated with the travel in the marketplace and date of departure. No
substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted. If the Prize or the Prize notification is
returned as undeliverable or any non-compliance with the Official Rules or failure to
respond within the applicable time period, it will result in forfeiture of the Prize and an
alternate winner will be randomly selected from all remaining eligible entries received
(time permitting).

Prize will be awarded only if the potential prize winner fully complies with these Official
Rules. Sponsor or Sponsor representative reserves the right to remove or to deny portions
of the prize package to winner and/or guest who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or
disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at
the concert. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the prize, or other applicable
experience early, in whole or in part, with no further compensation.
Total ARV of all prizes not to exceed $4,800.
DRAWINGS/NOTIFICATION: A random drawing will be conducted on or about
March 12, 2015 from all eligible entries received to select three (3) winners. Conduct of
the Sweepstakes and the drawings are under the supervision of the Administrator.
Potential prize winner will be notified by phone and/or by email or mail or express mail,
whichever is deemed appropriate by the Administrator. Sponsor shall have no liability for
any potential prize winning notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by any
potential winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, any potential prize winner
does not respond within (5) days of the first notification attempt, or if the prize
notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential prize winner, such
potential prize winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be
selected. If any potential prize winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not
complied with these Official Rules or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such
potential prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate prize winner may be selected
(time permitting).
GENERAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS/CONDITIONS: By entering, each entrant agrees
for entrant and for entrant’s heirs, executors, and administrators (A) to release and hold
harmless Sweepstakes Entities, and their respective officers, directors, and employees
(collectively, “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss,
litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence
or not, from such entrant’s participation in the or Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance,
possession, use, or misuse of Prize or any portion thereof (including any travel related
thereto); (B) that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible
or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in
law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize’s quality or
fitness for a particular purpose; and (C) to be bound by these Official Rules and to waive
any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the Sweepstakes itself, and to be
bound by all decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final. Failure to comply
with these conditions may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes at Sponsor’s
sole discretion.
Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or
implied, concerning any prize furnished in connection with the Sweepstakes. WITHOUT
LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH PRIZES ARE
PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED, AND SPONSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NONINFRINGEMENT.
PUBLICITY RELEASE: Potential Grand Prize winners must complete, sign and
returning the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where lawful and/or required,
Publicity Release forms and W-9 request for tax payer’s identification number to the
Administrator within (7) days of the prize notification. Acceptance of any Prize
constitutes prize winner’s permission for the Sweepstakes Entities to use prize winner’s
name, photograph, image, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and
complete address (collectively, the “Attributes“), for advertising and/or publicity
purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter devised, in
perpetuity, without further compensation or authorization, (except where prohibited by
law), and releases the Sweepstakes Entities from all claims arising out of the use of such
Attributes.
DISQUALIFICATION/FORCE MAJEURE: Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late,
mutilated, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, inaccurate, or stolen, submissions or prize
notifications. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual
who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes,
to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsman-like or
disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of
the Sweepstakes, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and Sponsor
reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest
extent permitted by law. No mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, forged,
software-generated or other automated multiple entries will be accepted.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if it
determines, in its sole discretion, that the Sweepstakes is technically impaired or
corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes
beyond Sponsor’s control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree
impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the
Sweepstakes as contemplated herein. In the event an insufficient number of eligible
entries are received and/or Sponsor is prevented from awarding prizes or continuing with
the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but
not limited to fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health of other means,
earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or
equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or
undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public
health crisis (e.g. SARS), order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably
within Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), then Sponsor
shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes
is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select the winner
in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the
event giving rise to the termination. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole
and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. Only the type and quantity of prizes
described in these Official Rules will be awarded. If, for any reason, more bona fide
winners come forward seeking to claim prizes in excess of the number of each type of
prize set forth in these Official Rules, the winners, or remaining winners, as the case may
be, of the advertised number of prizes available in the prize category in question may be
selected in a random drawing from among all persons making purportedly valid claims
for such prize(s). These Official Rules cannot be modified or amended in any way except
in a written document issued in accordance with law by a duly authorized representative
of Sponsor. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not
affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision
is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall
otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the
invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION: The Sweepstakes is governed by, and will be
construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of MINNESOTA, and the forum
and venue for any dispute shall be in MINNESOTA if the controversy or claim is
not otherwise resolved through direct discussions or mediation, it shall THEN be
resolved by FINAL and binding arbitration administered by JUDICIAL
ARBITRATION AND MEDIATION SERVICES, INC. in accordance with its
Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures or subsequent versions thereof
(“JAMS Rules”). The JAMS Rules for selection of an arbitrator shall be followed,
except that the arbitrator shall be experienced and licensed to practice law in
MINNESOTA. All proceedings brought pursuant to this paragraph will be
conducted in the STATE OF MINNESOTA. THE REMEDY FOR ANY
CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES, AND IN NO EVENT
SHALL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY,
CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’
FEES OR OTHER SUCH RELATED COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, OR TO
RESCIND THIS AGREEMENT OR SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR ANY OTHER
EQUITABLE RELIEF.

3/26/15.
Sponsor reserves the right to require a potential prize winner to submit to a confidential
background check to confirm eligibility and help ensure that the use of any such person
in advertising or publicity for the Sweepstakes will not bring the Sweepstakes or the
Sponsor into public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule or reflect unfavorably on the
Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
The use of any prize manufacturer, name or trademark in connection with any of the
prizes is solely for the purpose of describing such prize, and is not intended to suggest
any affiliation or sponsorship.
