In 2005, we acquired CSX World Terminals, a
leading global container terminal operator. In 2006,
the acquisition of The Peninsular & Oriental Steam
Navigation Company (P&O) further increased our
global network and market position in Asia, India,
Australia, the Americas, Europe and Africa. DP
World was listed on NASDAQ Dubai in 2007 and on
the London Stock Exchange in 2011.

It is the world ’s largest single, covered cruise facility capable of handling 14,000 cruise passengers a day
