Be sure to visit www.mercuryservice.com, where you will find a heading “Alerts” which will give updated routing information. “Alerts” will be at the top of the page in a yellow bar; click on “Alerts” to show any current messages, such as, if there are delays in a specific service area. The “Alerts” will tell you which cities/routes/areas are affected by these delays. This Alerts heading allows Mercury Service to communicate any information that would be pertinent to your scheduling. Also, for those without a regularly scheduled stop, you may schedule a pick up at your location, by going to “Existing Customers”. Fill in the information on the form, and this will go directly to Dispatch for a pick up to be scheduled.
