up to 3000 PSI. Mounts on the center inlet port of many Cat Pumps
and is activated with each stroke of the pump.
Includes a prime bulb to start chemical.

3600 psi. Large control knob for easy
adjustment. Siphon rate of up to 10:1. Inlet

These adjustable injectors are designed
to introduce chemicals into the upstream
side of pumps. This allows for high
pressure chemical applications. Brass
body with stainless ball and spring are
standard. Ports are 1/2" FPT inlet and
1/2" MPT outlet. 4' of tubing with strainer
is also included. Rated to 140 PSI.

Color coded and clearly marked for a wide variety of
flow ranges. Available with single, double and triple
chemical barbs for injection of more than one chemical at the same time. Slip-in
replacement for injectors used on most of the common high pressure automatics in
the car wash industry. Chemical barbs are 1/4” and are standard with internal threads
to accept a wide range of orifice tips, (sold separately). Rated to 1000 PSI and 175° F.

Pulse Pump Injectors from General
Pump are designed to inject
chemicals with every stroke of the
pump. Designed to mount to the
valve port of General Pump models.
Construction is 303 Stainless Steel
with Buna diaphragm. Inlet and outlet
are 1/8” FPT, pulse port is 1/4” FPT.
To convert existing pumps, one
adapter and one valve assembly is
also required from the chart shown.
