You will need to be willing to undertake a wide range of practical tasks. You will be a good communicator and able to
liaise effectively with staff, the local authority premises team and a range of outside contractors. You will need to be
organised and able to track and manage routine safety audits and checks. You will need to be computer literate; able
to use email, enter data onto spreadsheets and log on to online management systems. You will be required to
organise the cleaner, work split shifts or delegate duties to the cleaner to cover both the opening up of the school and
the closing down at the end of the day.
