How to Register (Please read all information before submitting registration)
Beginning March 16 you may
register for camp in the following
ways:
1. On-line at www.explorit.org: This is the
fastest and most convenient way to register. You can
browse through camp information and determine
the number of openings or if there is a waitlist for a
particular camp.
2. Mail-in: Mail your completed registration forms to
us at P.O. Box 1288, Davis, CA 95617-1288.
3. Phone-in: To expedite phone-in registration, please
have your selection of camp(s) pre-determined.
Payment: Camp fees are due when you register. We
accept Visa, Mastercard and check. On-line registration
is restricted to Visa or Mastercard payment only. Fees
cannot be pro-rated due to absences or vacation
schedules.
Waiting List: Once maximum enrollment is reached for
a camp, you will be given the option to add your child to
a waiting list. If a space becomes available in the camp,
we will contact those on the list in the order that they
were originally added. If a camp is full, please consider
adding your child to the waiting list. It does not cost
anything and if there are enough people on the waitlist,
we may be able to open a second session of that camp.
Camp Limitations: Please note that camp topics
offered on multiple weeks are repeat offerings. Children
may not register for a topic more than once.
Registration is on a first come, first served basis. We
cannot accommodate requests to put friends together in
camp. Your best chance at getting in camp together is to
coordinate registering at the same time. When registering,
please take note of the section you have chosen.
Member Discount: Explorit Family, Grandparent, and
Circle memberships that are current throughout the Summer
2015 are eligible for a discount on summer camp fees.
You may renew your membership or purchase a new
membership, starting at $50, when you register for camps
in order to receive member pricing.
