BACKGROUND
Swartland Municipality in Partnership with the Local Government Sectoral Education and Training
Authority (LGSETA) is proud to present skills development opportunities for the unemployed youth
permanently residing in Swartland Municipal Area as indicated per category
Drivers License ( PHASE 1) : Malmesbury (Ilingelethu/ Saamstaan/Wesbank),
Saamstaan/Wesbank), Darling, Moorreesburg
Drivers License (PHASE 2): Abbotsdale, Kalbaskraal, Chatsworth, Riverlands, Riebeeck Kasteel, Riebeeck
Wes
Hard Skills: Abbotsdale, Riverlands, Chatsworth, Kalbaskraal, Malmesbury, Darling, Moorreesburg,
Koringberg
Interested applicants who meet the below criteria should apply using the prescribed application form
obtainable from the municipality:
Basic Requirements:
Must be unemployed
Successfully completed Grade 12 or Grade 1 or Abet NQF1 /L4 with attached proof( where
applicable)
Be a South African Citizen with a SA Identity Document
Age between 18 & 35 years old
Apply only in one programme/ area mentioned above
Applicants should have either visit
visit the Youth Office or attended any information session which
were conducted by Swartland Youth Office.
