PICPOUL DE PINET
- Éléphant Domaine Delsol 13 Languedoc
Picpoul is an ancient white-wine grape variety of Southern France
specifically the traditional and prolific Languedoc Roussillon region.

green melon, grapefruit and hints of rose petal, extremely well balanced,
pear, lemon, lime notes mingling with zippy acidity, with a crisp &
refreshing finish.
CHABLIS

Lynne Marchive. Aromas of honey and beeswax, with touches of vanilla
or toast, perfectly balanced fruit, slightly honeyed, opening up quite quickly
to show the typically evocative classic flinty/steely highly sort-after vivid
Chablis fresh edge.
SANCERRE
- Domaine de Pre Semele, Rémy Raimbault 13 Loire
Grapes are hand-picked and gently pressed, fermented at 18°C by
indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats - all to preserve natural aromas,
elegance and complexity. Showing pure sancerre style - fragrant aromas
of grapefruit and citrus with a waft of mineral pungency, full and round in
the mouth with further fruity grapefruit and orange flavours but also almond
nuttiness, supported by elegant zingy lees & acidity.

- ‘Lunetta’ Venezie, Cavit Italy
100% Prosecco grapes. Elegant fruity aromas, of pear apple
and citrus. Delightfully smooth, fresh and well balanced, with
plenty of light, refreshing bubbles. Fresh, fashionable with that
touch of Venetian elegance … Also the perfect aperitivo to start
an evening!
A blend of a 1/3 of each three varieties of grapes from Champagne
(Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier) that compliment each other
marvellously and make it a well-balanced wine. Delicate, supple
and fruity.
100% Pinot Noir. This Champagne is produced by the grand classic
method of direct maceration of Pinot Noir, known as “Saignée”.
Only a handful of Houses where the quest for quality and flavour
permit the winemaker to take a risk in doing this. This Rosé
Champagne is potent and full-bodied, marked by red berry aromas.
While a vintage Champagne shows the character of a specific harvest,
a non-vintage Champagne exemplifies the style of the House. Freshness,
elegance and balance, the defining qualities of the range, are showcased
in the Brut L-P year after year. With 45% Chardonnay and up to 20%
reserve wines to ensure consistency, this Champagne is fresh and
delicate with good complexity and a hint of citrus.
Using only the highest quality Pinot Noir grapes, this iconic Rosé is one
of the few Rosé Champagnes that is made by drawing the juice from
black grapes in the vat, instead of simply blending red and white wines.
This gives it the highly expressive bouquet, extraordinary depth and
freshness, and delicious red berry flavours that have made it a
benchmark for all Rosé Champagnes.
Moet & Chandon: Why is D.P so special? Could it be: it was the first
prestige cuvee; uses the same source of grapes for each vintage; a rigorous
selection process in both vineyard and winery; the seamless balance of
Chardonnay to Pinot Noir in equal portions or the impeccable blending?
Probably just that it is beautifully understated, offering
characteristic smoothness.

CLOUDY BAY - MARLBOROUGH SAUVIGNON BLANC 14 New Zealand
38.00
RUSTENBERG CHARDONNAY 12 Stellenbosch, S.Africa
28.00
Still has one of the best reputations for Sauvignon. Cloudy Bay was
established in 1985 by David Hohnen of Cape Mentelle in Western
Australia, situated in the Wairau Valley, Marlborough on New Zealand’s
South Island and takes its name from the bay at the extremity of the
valley, named by Captain Cook on his voyage to New Zealand in 1770.
Sixty hectares of estate vineyards, planted in 1986, surround the
winery in Rapaura, with additional plantings at Brancott in the southern
foothills. Still good afterall these years
Quote, ‘I am convinced that nowhere can beat South Africa. The best
Cape Chardonnays are made in very much the same way as white
Burgundy, they have a sleekness, ageability and the fruit has lovely
natural acidity, thanks to all that Antarctic influence. This is wonderfully
complex yet fine and delicate too, spreading smoothly over the palate
with real integrity of flavour, as befits the produce of some of the oldest
Chardonnay vines in the South Africa’ ~ Jancis Robinson

A whirlwind of peat and complex malty flavours, this is an exuberant,
in-your-face whisky to be cherished.
Deep, dry and an exceptionally peaty bruiser. Lagavulin is not for the
faint-hearted but inspires fanatical devotion in its many followers.
Talisker 10yr's profile keeps increasing as more fans discover its intense
coastal spicy, peaty character. A truly elemental malt.
A full 60% abv, yet the sweet, rich, spicy distillery character is still very much
in evidence. A very small drop of water is recommended to open up the flavours.
This shows soft sweetness and a velvety feel when first tasted, then the intense
peatiness so unique to Laphroaig comes bursting through.
A good introduction to the delights of single malt whisky – elegant, smooth
and medium-bodied, with a light, fruity palate and a whiff of heather on the finish.
Remains one of the gold standard malts for other distillery bottlings to aspire to.
With a delicious sweetness (heather-honey is their preferred description)
and a warming, silky mouthfeel, this is a whisky that never lets you down.
One of the most famous malts in the world. Glenlivet 12yr has a soft
smooth balance of sweet summer fruits and the floral notes of spring flowers.
This Speyside representative is rich and spicy, with a very satisfying
complexity and wellsherried backbone.
One of the world's best-selling malts, Glenfiddich 12yr's famous triangular
bottle is a fixture in practically every bar on the globe. Light and easy-drinking
stuff loved by millions.
Replacing the 10 year-old as the main expression of the Lowland style,
this Glenkinchie 12yr is a bit fuller and more complex.
David Beckham has made his mark in the world of whisky with the launch of
Haig Club. A light and sweet grain whisky, Haig Club is aimed at drinkers who
have yet to be won over by whisky’s charms.
