 NO DOGS allowed on the grounds.

 The number of nominations accepted is
subject to the availability of cattle
 PLEASE NOTE: All riders will be limited to a
maximum of 4 first round starts/competitor
(excluding junior/juvenile).
 ACA membership is compulsory to compete.
 The committee reserves the right to alter, vary
or delete any class, condition or event in this
program at its discretion, and to limit rider’s
first round runs.
 The committee reserves the right to refuse
entries without any reason.
 Horses must be named and nominated in the
order they are to run.

No changes to the draw will be made after the
start of draft.
 Riders under 18 must wear approved helmets
at all times whilst competing or in the ring
with the chinstrap fastened.
 All competitors compete AT THEIR OWN RISK.
Each competitor must acknowledge that it is a
condition of acceptance of their nomination
that neither the Oakey & District Pony Club
Inc, or the ACA will be responsible for any
injury, loss or damage.
 Refunds applicable to late scratching’s - As
per Rule D5.
 Judges decision is final.
 Any competitor who wishes to lodge a
complaint at an affiliated campdraft must
lodge a complaint in writing with the secretary
within one (1) hour of the incident taking
place. A fee of $20 must be lodged with the
complaint. If the complaint is dismissed by the
committee, the $20 is forfeited.
 Wilsons First Aid in attendance.
 Oakey Pony Club grounds are in a tick free
area.
 Admission to the grounds is free.
 At the Committees discretion, any
competitor mistreating stock in any way will
be excluded from competing any further for
the entire event.
COULD ALL COMPETITORS PLEASE LIMIT HORSE ENCLOSURES TO 4m X 4m PER HORSE DUE
TO OUR SMALL GROUNDS, PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE AND MAKE ROOM FOR ALL.
