General Info
** Always shake the bottle of Martini Mix before use.
Chocolate lumps can settle at the bottom of the bottle after
sitting for a few days.
** Measure all recipe ingredients into a drink shaker. Shake
well until blended and all ingredients are chilled. Strain into
Martini Glass.
** Store bottled leftover Mix tightly capped, in the
refrigerator for up to two weeks. If not used, it may be
portioned into small Ziplock baggies in the freezer. Put the
small baggies into a larger freezer bag for easy storage.
Thaw desired number of individual baggies in the
refrigerator before use.
** DCD Chocolate Martini Mix is very versatile. You are
limited only by your imagination. Various flavors of liquors,
vodka, and other spirits can be used along with a basic
combination of chocolate mix and cream, half & half, milk,
or flavored coffee creamer to taste.
** Virgin (non alcoholic) drinks can be made by using the
chocolate mix, cream, half & half, milk or flavored coffee
creamer. If additional flavor is desired, you could add
flavored syrup such as Torani, Dove Chocolate Discoveries
Dessert Sauce, seedless berry jam or fruit juice.
** To create an elegant presentation, martini glasses can be
decorated by rimming the edge with syrup, sauce, or honey
and then dipping it into Dove Chocolate Discoveries Sipping
Chocolate, Flavored Dusting Powder or melted chocolate.
** Raspberry or Mango Dessert Sauce, melted chocolate,
Chardonnay Caramel Sauce, or any of the flavored fudge
sauces can be drizzled inside the glass (before pouring in the
mixed martini).
Martinis are always best when shaken
with lots of ice,
then strained into a martini glass.

Chef Series Dark Chocolate bar shredded
2 tablespoons raw sugar
4-5 tablespoons espresso - chilled

Using the lemon slice, wipe the rim of a martini glass. Using
the DCD Dessert Decorator, shred chocolate bar into a small
bowl and add the sugar. Mix well. Dip martini glass in mixture and roll to coat rim. Drop ice cubes into a cocktail
shaker and add espresso, Martini Mix and vodka. Shake for
20 seconds and strain into rimmed glass.

Put all ingredients into Blender jar and blend thoroughly.

Mix ingredients and microwave for about 45 seconds.

Caramel Sauce, in a squeeze bottle with
a very small tip

Chocolate Square, coarsely chopped (for
garnish)
Take a large martini glass and very carefully coat the rim in
caramel sauce from the squeeze bottle, being careful not to
let it drip too far down the sides. Next, dip the entire rim of
the glass in Cocoa Powder. For the drink, shake the Vodka,
Crème de Cacao and praline liqueur in a martini shaker with
ice to chill. Fill the martini glass with crushed or shaved ice,
being careful not to touch the rim. Strain the drink into the
glass. Garnish the top of the martini with a roasted pecan half
and a small piece of chopped chocolate.

1 to 1½ oz vodka

2 oz Coconut Rum
Rim Martini glass in honey and then dip in shredded coconut

2 oz Mandarin Orange Vodka
1 oz Bailey’s Irish Cream
Rim the glass with an orange and dip in Dove Dusting
Powder.

1 oz Dark Crème de Cacao

Mix 3 tbsp crushed Oreos with 1 tbsp powdered sugar.
Dip rim of glass in melted chocolate then into Oreo mixture.
Mix remaining ingredients with ice, shake, and strain into
glass.
