Three new names complete the winners rostrum for January as the leading teams in the
Premier Division all failed to meet our code of conduct. The squads of Ide Hill and Bexlians
averaged less than one yellow card per match between them so well done to them and their
respective Managers. As always our thanks go to our trophy suppliers and sponsors of these
very popular monthly awards, Aford Awards of Bearsted.
FORTHCOMING BANK HOLIDAY ARRANGMENTS
Some clubs are lagging behind with their fixtures and to avoid several evening matches being
arranged please note that fixtures WILL be arranged on Easter Monday, 6th April and also
on Monday 4th May.
STEP 7 STATUS
All Clubs currently in the Premier Division and those aspiring to be promoted are
reminded that they MUST comply with the FA’s full step 7 criteria.
CLUB ISSUES
Should clubs find that their ground has been declared unfit by their owner(s) then they MUST
NOT solely rely on an email or text message to either their opponents or Match Official(s). In
these circumstances every effort should be made to speak directly with whoever they are
attempting to make contact with. In all situations, but particularly when long distance travel
is involved, please act responsibly.
REPRESENTATIVE MATCHES
FA Inter-League Cup 2015/2016 Preliminary round versus Spartan South Midlands
League (Div 2) on Wednesday 11th Match 2015 at Chatham Town FC kick-off 7.30 pm.
Our annual friendly versus Essex Olympian League at AFC Hornchurch on Tuesday 24th
March 2015, kick-off 7.30 pm. All supporters will be most welcome.
FIXTURES
Please note that whenever a team is shown as not having a fixture on any particular Saturday in
this fixture booklet it must NOT be assumed that it will remain a free week.
ALL CUP SEMI-FINALS
A player shall not be allowed to play for more than one competing team in any Cup
under the jurisdiction of this League in the same season. No player shall be eligible to
take part in a Semi-final or Final tie unless he has played at least three League or Cup
matches during the current playing season for the same club prior to the playing of the
relevant Semi-final or Final. The provisions of Rule 8(D) shall also apply. Any Club found
guilty of playing an ineligible player may be fined and or otherwise penalised at the
discretion of the Management Committee and struck out of the Competition.
CONFIRMATION TO AND FROM MATCH OFFICIALS
If a match official informs the club that he is unavailable the club must contact Steve
Kendall or Keith Wenham immediately if a replacement has not already been reappointed. Similarly if a match official does not reply to correspondence or clubs cannot
make contact TWO DAYS before the fixture is to be played, clubs MUST also inform Steve
Kendall or Keith Wenham in order that the official can be contacted or replaced.
FA CHARTER STANDARD HEALTH CHECK
This is a further reminder that the 2014/15 FA Charter Standard Annual Health Check
deadline is the 31 March 2015. If you require any help or advice when completing this

COMPLETION OF CLUB REPORT ON MATCH REFEREE
Due to circumstances outside our control there are occasions, sometimes at very short notice,
when match officials have to be changed. Please ensure whoever welcomes the Referee that
they enquire his/her name so that the correct name appears on all reports.
PRESENTATION DINNER
Date of event: Saturday 13th June. Don’t forget to book your tickets early for this important evening in our calendar. Guest speaker is Ray Clemence, MBE one of English and
European football's most decorated goalkeepers who was part of the Liverpool team of the
1970s. He currently acts as Head of the FA Development Team overseeing the development
made by players in the England Youth teams from under 16 to 21 level, as well as previously
being part of the England Senior team back room staff.
Social Committee Chairman, Peter Martin is seeking donations for our raffle. Please
contact Peter or any League Officer; all donations will be gratefully received!
LEAGUE CUP SEMI-FINAL TIES
A reminder for Clubs and Referees to note that in league cup semi-final ties the Referees
fees and expenses are as per the Premier Division with the total costs of Assistants
being shared equally by the competing teams.
NOMINATIONS NOW REQUIRED
The Management Committee are inviting nominations for our Club Long Service Awards
and the Football Association Workforce Awards. It is hoped that these separate awards
will be presented at the League’s Annual Presentation Dinner on 13th June. The Club
awards criteria being twenty years service with one Club whilst the Workforce awards are
for any valuable contribution towards the running of your Club. Please forward brief details,
in writing, to the General Secretary, Gavin Hoare, at an early date.
RETURN OF LEAGUE TROPHIES
Clubs are reminded that the deadline for return of all League trophies is 31st March and
these must be returned to the General Secretary in good order and clean condition.
