orientation" and "gender identity" protected classifications
under Nebraska's employment laws. All persons, including
those who experience same-sex attractions, have inherent

would require employers, including entities and schools of the
Catholic Church, to affirm sexual activity outside marriage
between a man and a woman, and gender identity as a social
construct. Employees could not be prevented from promoting
