Senior ID Card Program - Mon., April 20, 2015

and Sheriff Vincent F. DeMarco will be conducting a free program
designed to assist senior citizens. The card provides important information about themselves in case of emergency including medical
ailments and contact information for family and physician.

Mobile Mammography - Wed., May 27, 2015
First appointment at 9:00 am. Free for uninsured women 40 and
over who have not had a mammography in the past year. For

Overnight Lancaster Theater Trip
This year’s library Budget Vote and Trustee
Election will be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2015, from
9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the library. In order to vote
you must be a registered voter residing within the Lindenhurst Union Free School District. In order to register
you must be a United States citizen; be 18 years old by
December 31 of the year in which you register (note:
you must be 18 years old by the date of the library vote);
live at your present address for at least 30 days before
the election; not be in jail or on parole for a felony conviction; and not claim the right to vote elsewhere. Registration forms are available at the library. In addition, the
library will be holding a special voter registration day
on Saturday, March 28, 2015 from 10:00 am - 3:00
pm. Absentee ballots are also available at the library.
Additional budget information will be available March 1
at the library and on the library web site at
www.lmlonline.org.
A special budget information meeting will be held on
Saturday, March 28, 2015 at 9:30 am in the library’s
community room. The meeting is open to the public.
Nassau/Suffolk Hospital Council

GRASP Home Study Assessment - Orientation

St. Francis Hospital Community Outreach
St. Francis Hospital Outreach Bus will visit the library on
Tuesday, April 28, 2015 from 10 am-2 pm to provide free
health screenings, patient education and referrals for patrons
18 years and older. The screenings include a brief cardiac history, blood pressure check, and a simple blood test for cholesterol and diabetes. No registration required. For further information call the Cardiac Intervention Group at (516) 629-2013.
