This is what you need, serves 4:
Time: 60 min
1 bag, 800g GRATÄNG POTATIS, Potatoes au Gratin
2 pc, 250g LAX FILÉ 500gr, Salmon
fillet
1 package, 100g LAX GRAVAD, Marinated Salmon
3 eggs
3 dl milk
This is how you do it:
Put the oven on 200 C. Put the potato
in a big bowl. Cut the two salmon fillets
in 2x2cm cubes and cut the marinated
salmon in thin strips. Add all the salmon
to the bowl of potatoes and mix it
roughly. Place it evenly in an ovenproof
dish. Whisk the eggs and milk in another bowl and pour it over the potato
and salmon. Put the dish in the oven
for 40 min. Serve with wedges of lemon
and a sprig of dill.

This is what you need, serves 4:

500g LAX FILÉ, salmon fillets 500gr,
1 package 600grGRÖNSAKSKAKA,
Vegetable Medallions
1 jar, 190g SÅS SENAP BASILIKA,
mustard basil sauce
2 pc BRÖD TUNNBRÖD, Thinbread
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
This is how you do it:
Put the oven on 200 C. Follow the cooking instruction on the Grönsakskaka
packaging. Place the thawed salmon
fillets on a sheet pan and rub them
gently with salt & pepper. Bake in the
oven for 10 minutes. Cut the thinbread
into long ribbons and place them on a
sheet pan, brush them with a little olive
oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. Bake
in the oven until golden brown, 5 to 10
minutes. Serve with Sås Senap Basilika
and Salad.

This is what you need, serves 4:
Time: 25 min
1 package, 400gr LAX VARMRÖKT, hot
smoked salmon
2 pc BRÖD TUNNBRÖD, thinbread
1 jar, 190gr SÅS SENAP BASILIKA,
mustard basil sauce
100g OST LAGRAD, aged Cheese 190g
2 heads Romaine lettuce
This is how you do it:
Put the oven on 200 C. Cut the thinbread into thin stripes and put it on
a sheet pan. Bake it until brown and
crispy. Cut the romaine lettuce in rough
pieces and put it in a big bowl. Pull the
hot smoked salmon into chunky pieces
and add to the salad. Grate approximately 100gr of the aged cheese over
the salad and pour the mustard basil
sauce over as well. Mix roughly with
your clean hands and put it on a serving
dish. Top with the crispy bread sticks.

This is what you need, serves 4:
Time: 25 min
1 package RÖSTI potato fritters, 480g
1 package LAX NAJAD marinated
smoked salmon, 200g
1 jar SILLROM herring roe, 85g
2 dl crême fraiche
1 lemon
Dill
This is how you do it:
Follow the cooking instructions on the
RÖSTI. Cut the lemon into wedges and
pick out the seeds. Put the Rösti on a
plate when its still warm and crispy, top
them with a couple of salmon slices,
a dollop of crème fraiche, herring roe
and a sprig of dill. Serve with a lemon
wedge.

This is what you need, serves 4:

3 slices (100g) BRÖD
TUNNBRÖD,
thinbread 200gr
1 package LAX VARMRÖKT, hot smoked
salmon 400g
1 jar, 190g SÅS PEPPARROT,
horseradish sauce
1 package LAX GRAVAD, marinated
salmon 200g
1 jar SÅS SENAP DILL, sauce for
salmon 200g
3 tbs PASTEJ LAX, salmon spread 150g
4 teasp TÅNGKORN, seaweed topping
2 boiled eggs
fresh dill
1 lemon
arugula or lettuce
This is how you do it:
Put the oven on 200° C. Cut the thinbread into 4cm ribbons and cut them in
half, put it on a sheet pan. Bake it until
brown and crispy. Put 3 crispy thinbread pieces on each plate.
1. Cut the hot smoked salmon in 4
pieces and put one piece on one of the
three breads. Top with a little of the
horseradish sauce and lettuce and dill.
2. Put one slice of the marinated
salmon on one of the breads and top
with Sauce for Salmon, dill and a wedge
of lemon.
3. Cut the boiled eggs in small cubes
and mix it with the Pastej Lax. Put it on
top of the last piece of bread together
with a little lettuce, top with seaweed
topping and a sprig of dill.

There are many ways to enjoy salmon.
Making a sandwich is one of them. Here
are two equally delicious alternatives,
either as starters or as light snacks.

onion, ½ red chili, 1 tbs olive oil, salt

fraiche, 1 tbs finely chopped dill, 1 tbs

and black pepper
This is how you do it:
Put this in a bowl: Herring roe, crème
fraiche, dill, chives, grated lemon peel,
lemon juice. Mix gently with a spoon

Put this in a bowl: Spooned out avocado
halves with pips removed, spring onions
sliced in thin coins, finely chopped chili
without seeds, grated lime peel and
lime juice, olive oil. Mash it all with a
fork and season with salt and pepper to
