Follow the cooking instruction on the Grönsakskaka packaging. Place the thawed salmon fillets on a sheet pan and rub them gently with salt & pepper. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Cut the thinbread into long ribbons and place them on a sheet pan, brush them with a little olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. Bake in the oven until golden brown, 5 to 10 minutes. Cut the thinbread into thin stripes and put it on a sheet pan. Bake it until brown and crispy. Cut the romaine lettuce in rough pieces and put it in a big bowl. Pull the hot smoked salmon into chunky pieces and add to the salad. Grate approximately 100gr of the aged cheese over the salad and pour the mustard basil sauce over as well. Cut the thinbread into 4cm ribbons and cut them in half, put it on a sheet pan. Bake it until brown and crispy. Put 3 crispy thinbread pieces on each plate. 1. Cut the hot smoked salmon in 4 pieces and put one piece on one of the three breads. Top with a little of the horseradish sauce and lettuce and dill. 2.
