We charge competitive fees. Permanent placement fee is a standard rate and has a 3
month full guarantee.

HISTORY
1994
Tracyj established Precise. Personnel and Secretarial Services from downtown
Benoni. Taking a leap of faith she proceeded in typing C.V’s for the community.
Services offered were interviewing them and designing their own personalized
professional C.V, offering facsimile services and stretching as far as pointing out who
was hiring. Additional miscellaneous secretarial typist services. One such CV led her
to a, what became, a blue chip Client, and her first ‘paying’ placement took place.
1995
Paula joined Tracyj and here the mother and daughter team became responsible for
the management and operation of PRECISE.staffing. Paula concentrating on Freight
and Pharmaceutical became responsible in growing and controlling the recruiting
cycle for these Clients.
1996
This was a breakthrough for PRECISE.staffing into Telecommunications becoming
specialist generalists in this industry, together with the Medical Industries and
Engineering. Our areas of expertise just grew to beyond our wildest dreams.
Together with fantastic team players PRECISE.staffing moved into their very own
premises – PRECISE. House
1999
Murray undertook the operation of PRECISE. Labour Hire (Outsourcing). His flair for
projects in an engineering industry took him into partnering with many blue chip
clients that we have today in the mining, electrical, manufacturing, building
construction.
2007
Both Permanent and Outsourcing supplied manpower in all categories for one of
South Africa’s most exciting multi billion project in construction. Highly skilled
tradesmen were handpicked and matched to the intricate job on hand. Finance
guru’s, I.T specialist’s, engineering and safety personnel.
2009
This was a huge turning point for all at Precise. , this year saw BALLITO, Kwa Zulu
Natal’s office’s opening and galloping.
2014
We very sadly said our ‘business’ goodbyes to Paula. It felt as though the ‘cog in the
wheel, had jammed’, said Tracyj, but she simply had to retire and enjoy the KZN life
which she had come to work in and settle. Tending full time to her garden and teddy
bear making.
2015
21 this year!! We’ve taken utmost pride on the quality of care we give to our clients,
many who still support us for over 2 decades!. Today’s a new morning as long as
there’s work out there, we will find the right vacancy for you

Tracy-j Moffett is the founding member of
PRECISE.staffing (Precise. Permanent)
She developed and built the company to become the
leading player within the South African markets. She steadfastly increased and gained
high credibility for successfully identifying management for blue chip clients.
Over the years she contributed towards the growth within PRECISE.staffing having
accumulated extensive experience in Management selection from Junior to Middle to
Senior Management, across the board positions. She owes her success to both her
Clients, her Applicant and her team, she reports, ‘without them, Precise. wouldn’t be
where it is today’.
Tracy-j having previous entrepreneurial experience in the Human Resource /
Recruitment fields saw an opportunity to couple the Outsourcing / Labour Hire with
Personnel.
MURRAY MOFFETT

Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Law
Murray Moffett, an Electrical Engineer by profession
with 20 years project management at Eskom.
Murray manages Precise. Outsourcing in both Gauteng and KwaZulu Natal. A hands-on
approach is his management style working closely with his Contract Managers’ and staff.
Precise. Outsourcing was formed in 1999 to solely handle the outsourcing of Artisans
and supply manpower to all industries. Murray’s client base and has grown such to such
an extent that the handling of large corporate payrolls in both the manufacturing/mining
sectors has become second fiddle.
Thorough screening of qualified artisans,
outstanding services and the constant need for Human Resource/Industrial Relations
expertise has made Precise. Labour [TES] a leader in its field.
Murray obtained his GIMT Diploma in Labour Law to provide clients with a thorough
knowledge with regards to employment, discipline, dismissals, retrenchments, trade
union representatives.
JACQUI VAN STAADEN
Gauteng Contracts and Branch Manager
Jacqui joined the Precise. Team in 2006.
Heading the Gauteng outsource staffing division.
Her strengths lie in her Talent Hunting for the right
and available skills and the professional and smooth
running of the Gauteng head quarters.
We applaud Jacqui. This is no easy task.
NADINE LE ROUX
Office Administrator & Talent Acquisitioner – Gauteng
Nadine’s long track record with Precise. Staffing since 2006
is courageously notable.
Assisting the Contracts Manager in Gauteng with the
screening and recruiting of all candidates for both outsource
