CLASSIFIEDS
The Trinityhouse Classifieds was started in July 2004 with the intention of giving parents of the school who either own a
business or have a partnership in a business, the opportunity to grow their business. This has now grown to friends of
parents & neighbours etc. wanting to advertise in the Classifieds due to the popularity and success of people advertising.
All money received from parents advertising in the Trinityhouse Classifieds is used by the Parents Association to fund projects that
will better the experience of both parents and scholars at the school. Previous projects funded by the PA are: the shading on
the pavilions at the swimming pool, heating & lighting of the pool; building of the Pavilion. Lit up the tennis and netball courts; Paid for seating around the school;
Elastic training systems; Built the Hatch; Funded the High school music centre; Funded lighting and sound in the Hall; Funded the air-conditioning of the
wedge where Matrics’ write their exams; musical instruments for the Primary school (27 violins & 25 drums), electronic score boards on netball & tennis
courts, stadium seating in the amphitheatre; relocation & renovation of the Coffee shop, including deck and canvas drops Thank you for the support!

TRINITYHOUSE PARENTS ASSOCIATION
Trinityhouse Randparkridge has a Parents Association which has been active for the last 12 years. It was established to
facilitate all the schools on the campus to essentially provide the “nice to haves” without having to increase school
fees. When ADVTECH acquired the school the same principles essentially applied as in any business you have capex
and budgeting constraints
Contrary to popular belief, the association is a small body of parents who meet once a term with the Headmasters of all 3
schools to discuss events happening at the school as well as plan fundraisers and enhancements to the school. We also try
to create an environment and organize fundraisers which further enhances the Christian ethos at our school. As children
leave the High School, so do those parents, resulting in a body that certainly needs not only “new blood”, but more feet to
accomplish the tasks.
All monies raised immediately return to the school to make it the awesome place it is. Many parents are not aware of what
the association has contributed so the list is attached below to indicate- we have achieved so much with so few parents, so
imagine what we can do if each parent contributes one hour a year. For those of you who have visited other private
schools, there is normally a body of parents which set out teas and snacks at functions; we hope the association can assist
with this in future to show our hospitality as a school.
