TRUBLUE Auto
Belay
ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY
The TRUBLUE Auto Belay is the only auto belay
designed specifically for climbers, and also can
function in many other capacities in climbing gyms,
ropes courses, zip line tours, and more. With the
TRUBLUE, it is possible to descend from platforms,
introduce participants to free fall rides, teach your
clients to rappel—your imagination is the limit.
SAFETY STANDARDS
Using a TRUBLUE Auto Belay in your climbing
wall facility increases participation while driving
down costs and risk. Auto belays benefit all levels
of climbers, from the novice getting a feel for
the movement to the elite climber focusing on
conditioning and training.
FLEXIBILITY
The TRUBLUE uses a self-regulating magnetic
braking system and is engineered to meet the
strictest safety standards of all auto belays.
• Reduced webbing wear with unique delivery
nozzle and field-replaceable webbing kit
• Reliability with no sacrificial wear parts
• Smooth descent with minimal variation in
descent rate of a child or an adult
• Extensive safety testing
• No clutch bearing, eliminating a key point of
potential failure present in other auto belay
designs
• Optional belay gate accessory mitigates risk of
user error on climbing walls
• Simple to install and easy to move
• Accommodates a wide range of participant
weights from 22 – 330 lbs (10 to 150 kg)
• Minimal maintenance requirements and costs
• Webbing-based system will not damage walls
and feels natural when climbing
“Because it’s so easy, because you can clip
and go, the TRUBLUE allows for the maximum
number of routes that you can climb. Kids love
the auto belays; they come in, clip in, and they’re
climbing all over the place. We’ve had adults at a
high climbing level using them. The popularity so
far is huge, everyone loves them.”
Will Russ, Owner
Santa Barbara Rock Gym
“There’s virtually no maintenance. They are
definitely worth the investment. Putting in the
four TRUBLUEs was the best thing that we could
have ever done.”
Mike Fitzgerald, Owner
Mid Air Adventures
Available in lengths up to 65 feet (20 meters).
Modular and compact, TRUBLUE Auto Belays are
easy to install, move and maintain. Plus, TRUBLUE
accommodates the widest range of user weights of
all auto belay systems. This makes it ideal for use by
both children and adults.

ZIPSTOP
TESTIMONIALS
“With the zipSTOPs installed, our guides do half
the work they used to do, which saves us and our
customers valuable time. Our throughput nearly
doubled after the installation.”
Traci Walker
Canyons Zip Line and Canopy Tours
“In 2012 we installed two zipSTOPs on our dual
race lines, which average 45 mph. They have been
perfect from “go”. We have saved thousands of
dollars… the zipSTOP does all of the work for both
lines and we only need one guide on the platform.
We love our zipSTOPs and couldn’t be happier
with the product, staff, and reliability of Head Rush
Technologies.”
Ty Seufer, Owner
Royal Gorge Rafting and Zip Line Tours
zipSTOP Zip Line
Brake
The best brake for your zip line. The zipSTOP uses a
self-regulating magnetic braking system to brake zip
line participants smoothly and comfortably.
The zipSTOP brakes participants consistently, even
at high velocities. The result is a better customer
experience and higher throughput and profitability
for your zip line or canopy tour.
KEY BENEFITS OF THE ZIPSTOP BRAKE
INCLUDE:
• Eddy current magnetic braking technology for
smooth and consistent braking creating a better
rider experience
• Wide range of rider weights and speeds
providing operators with a better ROI through a
greater range of potential participants
• Controlled braking distance
ZIPSTOP IR
The zipSTOP IR is more streamlined version of our
popular zip line brake. The “IR” stands for internal
reduction, meaning that the device does not require
an external reduction line system. This device can
accommodate speeds to 37 mph (60 kph) without
the need for a reduction line system, making
installation easier.
The zipSTOP IR is ideal for the most common zip
lines – those contacting the brake trolley at speeds
between 15-37 mph. For less than 15 mph, the
standard zipSTOP is perfect.

TESTIMONIALS
“One of the most exciting things we have at the park
is our QUICKjump, the adrenaline junkies gravitate
right to it. We opted to take the extra step and do
the RipCord just because it certainly raises the true
sensation of free fall. In your mind you’re saying,
‘yup, everything’s good, I’m feeling good,’ and then
you step off and it’s kind of like (GASP!) for just that
moment. That’s what we’re all after.”
Scott Kauf
Utah Olympic Park
“Having used the QUICKjump for the past year I
am a firm believer in not only the product, but the
engineering and support as well. Almost no downtime on the unit with high throughput. The majority
of guests rave as a terrific end of tour experience!”
