The AADE Golf Tournament Board of Directors respectfully requests sponsorship and door prizes for the 26th Annual Golf
Tournament to be held April 6, 2015.
The mission of the Board of Directors is to provide a prestigious invitational oil industry tournament that fosters professionalism
and fellowship within the membership of the AADE. The best golfers may win by their score, but all players win by participating
in an event that develops teamwork and also benefits the community through a contribution. Our members and their
companies volunteer time and funds all year to continue the visions of the AADE: to promote the development and application
of technology, provide forums for the dissemination of information, and foster professionalism and teamwork within the drilling
industry.
Tournament Summary
The tournament begins with registration at 8:30 am, then 288 members will tee off in a shotgun start at 11:00 am on two
championship courses at BlackHorse Golf Club. The format is a four-player team scramble. Trophies will be awarded to
the flight winners. Door prizes will also be awarded. Complimentary food and beverages will be available on the courses.
How Can You Help and Benefit at the Same Time?
The Tournament Committee needs funds to meet its
mission. As a Sponsor, you will be acknowledged at
the tournament during the awards ceremony. Your
Company’s logo will also be on the sponsorship
presentation, which will be prominently displayed at the
tournament. As a Gold sponsor your company will be
prominently acknowledged as a Driving Range, Putting
Green or Golf Cart sponsor, to be seen by all who
attend. A Platinum sponsorship assures premier
prominence is given to your company throughout the
tournament and is $5,000. No team entries will be
initially considered without a sponsorship attached
until all sponsorship goals are fulfilled.

4:30 – 6:00 p.m. - Awards Ceremony

Each player must be a current 2015 member of the AADE Houston Chapter. Membership fee of $25
applies for every player that is not a current member of the AADE Houston Chapter. Membership
forms must accompany registration. Please see attached member application form.
Mulligans are available to all players at $5.00/player for one mulligan – limited to one per player.
Proceeds benefit the Society of Professional Women in Petroleum.

The Houston Chapter of AADE is the largest of all chapters and continues to grow
because of the support of its members. The year’s activities will include a variety of
technical meetings and conferences, the monthly luncheon speaker programs, sporting
clays shoot, golf tournament, saltwater fishing tournament, and casino night.
