Customize your on-site survey with the Customer Value Assessment
Joint Commission customers can customize their on-site survey and
accreditation experience by completing a Customer Value Assessment (CVA)
survey. The CVA is a two-part survey: the first part is completed after the EApp (electronic application) is submitted; the second part is completed after the
on-site survey takes place. Feedback from the first part of the CVA helps to
prepare the survey team so they know what is important to an organization and
provides a more customized on-site survey experience. Feedback from the
second part is used to understand how well The Joint Commission met the
organization’s expectations for their on-site survey. Information gathered
through the CVA helps The Joint Commission get a complete picture of the
customer experience and highlights opportunities for improvement. The CVA is available on The Joint
Commission Connect extranet site, and it can also be accessed through the Guest Access web page. If
you need assistance, contact your organization’s account executive directly or at 630-792-3007.
