We manufacture granulators to the pellets, and a complete line for pellets, with a capacity from 0.5 - 4.5 t / h single machine. Our presses are designed for different types of biomass pelleting plant, both are simple and easy to us and is easy

Oferowane przez nas rolki i matryce są wiercone pistoletowo, wykończone na wysoki połysk, z
próżniowo hartowanej, chromowanej stali. Wykonujemy je praktycznie do wszystkich rodzajów
pras pelletujących. Dzięki w pełni zautomatyzowanemu procesowi, produkcja w naszych zakładach w Niemczech i we Francji odbywa się nieprzerwanie, przez 24 godziny na dobę, siedem dni
w tygodniu. Nasz stały asortyment obejmuje 150 matryc oraz 800 rolek. Dodatkowo, posiadamy
zapasy ok. 1000 matryc i 5000 rolek.
Rollers and matrices offered by us are gun – drilled, high – mirror – finished, vacuum hardened
chrome steel dies for all pelletpress brands worldwide. A fully automatic twenty – four/seven production in the plants in Germany and France. Rollshells and rollers with any required surface. The
permanent stock comprises 150 dies and 800 rollshells. Additionally blanks for approx. 1000 dies
and 5000 rolles are on stock.

Briquetting Machine BM-60

Mechanical briquetting machine BM 60 for briquetting of sawdust, all kinds of straw, with control system – control cabinet. Efficiency
of the mechanical briquetting machine is up to 700 kg/h. It is influenced by the following factors:
a.type of the input material:
- sawdust 500-700kg/h (fireplace briquette, industrial briquette),
- straw 300-500kg/h (the best is gray rapeseed straw, without impurities, such as sand, stones, metals),
b.humidity of the input material from 12 to 16 %,
c.fragmentation: sawdust or wood shavings, straw after fragmentation: length – to 12 mm, disunited straw stalks.
Efficiency of the mechanical briquetting machine BM 60 has been determined using fragmented straw with the help of equipment,
manufactured by our company.

Briquetting Machine
Bison II Speedy 300/500
Briquetting presses of our production were created in response to market’s demand for machines with a strong compact built,
high efficiency, and at the same time, low sensitivity to the variability of the pressed material. Briquetting presses are characterized
by a very good quotient of used energy to efficiency of the device. While constructing the presses, we used almost 30 years of
experience of our company, in construction of machines with hydraulic drive. Structures have been designed with the use of
computer-aided design systems. 3D models of the devices have been tested for strength, using the software MES, by Institute
of Mechanical Engineering and Machine Building at Wroclaw University of Technology. To improve reliability and speed of the
devices, we passed on the use of mechanical gears and instead implemented maintenance-free hydraulic motor. All presses are
equipped with air oil cooler, filters with impurity sensors, electronic measurement of working liquid’s temperature and electronic
liquid level indicator. We use only the components of our long-term reliable suppliers, who are global leaders in the industry. The
highest quality of materials and components used for construction, along with modern manufacturing technology, backed up by
high quality guaranteed by ISO 9001 certificate, has allowed us to build a devices of the highest class.
Principle of operation
Raw material from the hopper is popped into press chamber via high-speed screw drive. In the press chamber, crushing and
formation of the briquette take place. Press chamber moves to the polar position and briquette is removed from it, by a pusher in
the next working move. The device is tentatively adjusted for assembly under the transit channels of the raw material.

DRUM DRYER

Intended use
With high efficiency and versatility of drum dryer, and growing demand for so-called renewable ecologically clean fuels, it is
the only effective dryer intended for industrial drying of wet woodyard sawdust, wood chips, and peat for wooden combustible
briquette and highly ecological, renewable alternative fuel.
Principle of operation
Dried material, via raw material feeder combined with dosing screw conveyor, through dryer’s loading linker, gets to the drying
drum, where the actual process of drying the material is happening. Rotational movement of the drum causes spreading of
dried material, and its displacement towards the outlet. Loss of raw material’s humidity occurs by direct contact of dried material with a mixture of hot air and exhaust gases. Dried material, because of screw build of the drum and stream of drying agent
produced by radial main ventilator of the drier, is snatched from the drum and enters unloading chamber, where after velocity
precipitation, it falls to the bottom, and then via tipping screw, it is transported outside. Drying agent, through main cyclone
and dryer’s chimney stack, after cleaning from minor volatile parts along with water vapor, is ejected into the atmosphere.

Dryer is heated with chip of wooden (preferably with humidity tell 30-40%). Dryer’s furnace is equipped
with carbonizing stoker with fuel tank of about 1m³. Feeding raw material into the furnace is executed
automatically and is controlled by handler, which monitors furnace’s temperature, turns on and off stoker, and blowing ventilator of the furnace.
The dryer consist of the following components:
1- furnace of the drying plant with heat isolation
2- wet raw material slot and chain feeder
3- loading connector of the draw material
4- drying drum-heat insulated
5- unloading chamber of the dry material
6- main dust removing cyclone with a dispenser
