Welcome to the Logos School Benefit Auction! We are delighted that you have joined us
and trust you will enjoy this evening of high-spirited fun as you dine amongst friends, listen
to the toe-tapping sounds of Jon & Rand, and place your bets on a whole array of items and
services.
All proceeds from this evening’s Auction go to support the work of Logos School.
So don’t hold back… spend, spend, spend!
Countless hours of preparation have gone into making this evening a delight.
Let me take this opportunity to thank the 2015 Auction Steering Committee which
is comprised of some very capable women: Paula Casebolt, Kelly Driskill, Rachel

AUCTION RULES
Registration
1. All bidders must register. You will be given a bid number to use for all bidding. One
number will be issued per couple.
2. Placing a bid constitutes a legal contract to buy any item upon which your number is the
successful bid.
3. The purchase of dinner tickets is not tax-deductible. The value of your dinner ticket is
$25. Any cost above that is eligible for a tax deduction less any amount sold.
Purchasing
1. Payment must be made by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
Payment in full is due by the close of the evening. Please pay once after all your bidding
is completed. Your purchased items may be picked up after payment is received.
2. All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds on items unless otherwise noted.
3. Values on items are list prices as stated by donors.
4. Restaurant meals do not include alcoholic beverages, tax, or gratuity, unless indicated.
5. Reservations for trips, vacations, and tickets to performances must be mutually arranged
with the donor.

6. All items and services must be claimed and used by the expiration date noted by the
donor or one year from the date of purchase. For services purchased, we ask that you
contact the donor within two weeks after the auction to inform the donor of your name
and possible time when the services will be used. The Auction Committee will not accept
responsibility for items not used prior to expiration date.
7. The Auction Committee has attempted to describe and catalog all items correctly, but all
property is sold as is and the Auction Committee neither warrants nor represents, and shall
in no event be responsible for the correctness of descriptions, authenticity, authorship,
provenance, or condition of the property. No statement contained in this catalog or
made orally at the sale or elsewhere shall be deemed as such a warranty, representation,
or assumption of liability.

Silent Auction
1. All items are located on or near tables around the ballroom, with bid sheets nearby.
2. Write your bid number on the first available line and the price you wish to pay. Your bid
must be equal to or greater than the bid increment listed on the bid sheet. Raises must
be in dollar increments.
3. Your bid number and bid values must be legible. Values that cannot be read are subject
to interpretation by the Auction Committee and may result in the winning bid going to
the next highest bidder.
4. The winning bid will be the last “qualified” bid on the sheet. A “qualified” bid is one that
is greater than the previous bid by an amount equal to or greater than the bid increment.
Appreciation
5. The Silent Auction sections will close in sequential order. Closings will be announced by
the auctioneer. All bidding is over at the announcement of closing; no more writing is
allowed.
Live Auction
1. Live Auction bidding will begin at the conclusion of the last Silent Auction section
and continues until all items have been auctioned. Items will be displayed for viewing
throughout the evening.
2. To bid, raise your bid number high so it can be easily seen. Once the auctioneer
acknowledges it, lower it until you wish to bid again.
3. Bidding order of Live Auction items is subject to change after publication of the
catalog.

Start your day early fueling up at the Breakfast Club and then head
up to the Circling Raven Golf Course, one of Golf Digest’s top 100
American Courses, for 18 holes on a beautiful North Idaho course.
Next you’ll play at the Priest Lake Golf Course where the fairways
and slanting greens are groomed to enhance the natural beauty of the
landscape and as you move on to the back nine, you will feel as though
you are playing your own private course. Stay the night at a lakefront
cabin on Priest Lake and enjoy dinner cooked by Keith McIvor and
Jordan Smith. The next day, you’ll head to the Twin Lakes Golf Course
in Rathdrum, Idaho, for a round of golf at the18-hole golf course
featuring well-groomed fairways, fountains, and greens adjacent to
lower Twin Lake. Numerous white sand bunkers and water hazards, set
amidst towering fir and pine trees, provide the perfect golf challenge.

The most wonderful time of the year just got better! With a delivered
Christmas Tree and Swag from the Brusven’s Tree farm, Spring Valley
Tree Farm, your holiday just got easier.
This lamb is mild and tender. The Dyes raise Targhee Sheep, an American
crafted breed developed in Dubois, Idaho. Small and thrifty, the meat
from this breed lacks the strong gamey flavor common to other larger
American breeds. It is simple to prepare; salt and pepper prior to BBQ
for the chops, seared with fresh garlic and rosemary, garlic salt and
pepper, then roasted for the leg and shoulder roasts. This sustainable and
humanely raised lamb is approximately 35-40 lbs of meat and is cut and
wrapped locally at C&L Locker.
