Ø Please DO attach any of your attested documents (e.g Academic Certificate OR Experience Certificate).
Ø Please fill the Application Form properly with complete and correct information / answers.
Ø Please DO NOT leave any field blank, otherwise your application shall be rejected.
Ø Incorrect, false or forged information may result in cancellation of your candidate at any stage,

Ø Mobile Phones are not allowed in Test Center premises.
Ø Use separate envelop for each Post you are applying against.
Ø Last date for application submission is 16 March,2015.
Ø Application should reach in the office of Section Officer E&T Secretariat latest by last date of
submission of Application Form.
Ø The Office will not be responsible for late receiving of application through courier / Pakistan Post etc.
Ø Applications received on or after 16 March, 2015 will not be considered.
