Letter From The Organizing Chairman
Wake Up to Sleep Medicine!
The annual national convention on Sleep Medicine, SLEEPCON
2015 is happening at Hyderabad. All of us agree that Hyderabad is a great city to visit, and when a scientific program is
added, it is an additional reason to mark the dates in your calendar. The dates are April 3rd, 4th and 5th 2015. The scientific
committee has burnt the midnight oil to bring you the latest in
Sleep Medicine. On 3rd April, two exciting workshops with almost a dozen topics are planned day long, run by seasoned
experts both national and International.
For the next 2 days (4th and 5th April), it is a spectrum of topics dealt by 5 International and nearly 20 National faculty. The
two days are filled with talks, Pro-Con debates, Symposia,
Panel discussions. The program is carefully designed to address the needs of those who are new to Sleep Medicine as
well as to those who are already practicing the specialty (and
are eager to know more).
This three day conference will benefit physicians, pulmonologists, ENT surgeons, Cardiologists, Gynecologists and
Endocrinologists. The topics are also directed to those specialists who treat obese patients.
First week of April is a great time to visit Hyderabad, as the
chill winter of 15oC will be giving way to pleasantly warm climate of 22oC, so that you can plan to spend an extra day exploring the 450 year old city famous for it’s authentic Nawabi
food, lakes and gardens and above all a great destination for
endless shopping for charming women.
I welcome you to SLEEPCON 2015 Hyderabad, and urge you
to register early and save money.
