April 3rd, 4th and 5th Call for Abstracts Letter From The Organizing Chairman Wake Up to Sleep Medicine! The annual national convention on Sleep Medicine, SLEEPCON 2015 is happening at Hyderabad. All of us agree that Hyderabad is a great city to visit, and when a scientific program is added, it is an additional reason to mark the dates in your calendar. The dates are April 3rd, 4th and 5th 2015. The scientific committee has burnt the midnight oil to bring you the latest in Sleep Medicine. On 3rd April, two exciting workshops with almost a dozen topics are planned day long, run by seasoned experts both national and International. For the next 2 days (4th and 5th April), it is a spectrum of topics dealt by 5 International and nearly 20 National faculty. The two days are filled with talks, Pro-Con debates, Symposia, Panel discussions. The program is carefully designed to address the needs of those who are new to Sleep Medicine as well as to those who are already practicing the specialty (and are eager to know more). This three day conference will benefit physicians, pulmonologists, ENT surgeons, Cardiologists, Gynecologists and Endocrinologists. The topics are also directed to those specialists who treat obese patients. Abstracts should be related to Sleep Respirology depicting scientific studies, interesting observations, case reports, clinical trials, methodical analyses, new inventions, etc. Accepted abstracts will be invited for the poster presentation at the SLEEPCON-2015. Presentations delivered will be judged and the Scientific Subcommittee will select eligible outstanding entries for award consideration. The Committee reserves the right to determine acceptance, reject abstracts and edit the language where necessary. All works submitted must be in its final format, and be submitted with accurate information. We encourage you to double check your form before submitting. First author shall be the presenting author. •Please do not include tables and graphs in the abstract. If abbreviations are used, please ensure these are standard abbreviations; for special or unusual abbreviations, please indicate its full terminology in parentheses, the first time it appears in the abstract. Non-proprietary (generic) names of drugs, written in lower case, are required at the first mention of a drug. Trade names are not allowed in the abstract. •In respect of the competition, please submit the abstract is its final form only, ensure that you double check that all information are accurate before submitting.
