TIME CHANGE spring ahead reminder, Sunday March 8th…don’t be late on Monday!
OPEN HOUSES – Sat, March 7th 9AM to noon & others to be set. Daycare call anytime.
SPRING PICTURES – Friday, March 13th. Look pretty and sharp.
HEARING & VISION screening and BMI (Height & Weight) screening at the state
required grade levels will begin now through April. If there is any reason why your child
may not participate: you must submit this in writing immediately to Mrs. Milton.
Please encourage your child to wear his/her glasses on a daily basis as prescribed by your
physician. If you have any questions please call. 508-761-5552 x1105. Hearing and Vision
results will be mailed only if there is a need for further evaluation. Posture screening will
be the last test phase (middle school only).

• TICKETS AVAILABLE NOW *PAC Father/Daughter “Hawaiian” night, Fri, March 27th
• DRAMA: “Cinderella” – April 10th 7PM & 11th 2PM – DON’T MISS IT! Tickets soon.
• STANDARDIZED TESTS – April 13th to 15th, Grades 5 to 8. Good sleep before helps!
• NO SCHOOL – Good Friday, April 3rd. Break week not until April 20th to 24th
• Fundraising Request – We have invested in multi-media systems…Mimio boards and
Tablet technology and additional financial aid. We did not require a fundraising
contribution this year and sincerely need $’s to balance our budget. Please consider
making a generous donation…especially if your company has matching grants.
• Summer Care Program – DCA is offering a flexible child care program for Ages 3 to 4
(Preschool) and 5 to 12, from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, daily, throughout the summer. It is a
great summer day care program. Each week we will have a different theme that will
include daily bible devotionals, sports, crafts, cooking, outdoor water play and more. We
really need to know of interest by March 20th so we can complete our plans.

Major Re-enrollment Reminder: Packets were sent home to ALL families in early
February. If you did not get one, pick one up at the office and return immediately and take
advantage of this VERY SPECIAL DEAL…our “We love you” registration discount.
Until tax day, April 15th (consider it a tax discount savings).
Discounted registration: $75.00 per student will freeze current tuition rates
Your registration check must accompany the completed registration forms. This deal will
last up to April 15th…i.e., it will end when you have to pay “Uncle Sam”. NO EXTENSIONS!
Application for FACTS and Financial Aid are NOW available on RenWeb ParentsWeb. All
families must setup your Parents Portal (instructions are on the back) and cannot use your
child’s student portal, set up for them exclusively. To qualify for aid you must apply on-line
with FACTS. We will consider current families first. YOUR ENROLLMENT IS VITAL
(At this time fewer than 50% of our families have setup their ParentsWeb…ALL must!)

Steps to Accessing ParentsWeb
RenWeb
gives you, the busy parent, an opportunity to get more involved in your child’s academic
progress! ALL DCA school information is now published on ParentsWeb, requiring every family to
sign up and sign on. It is your full access, real-time communications link to Dayspring. Do it NOW
In less than five minutes, you will be set up to view your child’s grades, attendance, homework, course
information and teacher items as well as other useful school information. You can communicate with
teachers and other school staff online. All you need is an Internet-capable device.
Here’s how to access our easy-to-use RenWeb ParentsWeb:

Make sure that the school has your email address in RenWeb.
•
In Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari, go to www.renweb.com and click Logins / ParentWeb Login
•
Click Create New ParentsWeb Account.
•
Type the school's District Code
DA-MA
•
Type your email address and click
Create Account. An email will be sent
which includes a link to create your
ParentsWeb login. The link is active for only 6 hours.
•
Select the Click to create your ParentsWeb login link.
•
Type a User Name, Password, and Confirm the password.
•
Click Save User Name and/or Password.
A message displays at the top of the browser, "User Name/Password successfully updated."
You may now log in to ParentsWeb using your new User Name and Password.
Students have their own login for homework drop and can also view
