GICC Rules and Regulations and Other Important Information.
!
1. Exhibit Halls B, C and D are considered a live construction job site. Please wear your
!
hard hat and safety glasses at all times and encourage those around you, including
other industry guests, students and teachers to do the same. We encourage you to
bring your own hard hat and safety glasses, but if you are in need of a hard hat or
safety glasses, CEFGA will provide for you in the Lobby Area outside of Exhibit Hall
D.
2. You are allowed to handout hard hat stickers to students, but you must affix the
!
hard hat sticker directly on the student’s hard hat. This is to avoid stickers ending
up on the Exhibit Hall Floor, Walls or Windows of the GICC.
3. If you are going to have a motor vehicle on the Exhibit Hall Floor during the show,
!
the vehicle must have less than one-quarter tank of gas or five gallons (whichever is
less), ignition systems must be disengaged and fuel cap must be secured. The Fire
Marshall will check this before showtime on Wednesday.
4. Please clean up your space and leave it as you found it upon move-in. Large
!
dumpsters will be available for your use. Please deposit any unwanted materials
after the event in these dumpsters.
5. A well-marked, first aid station is available. Please familiarize yourself with the
location of the first aid station before the show, in case you or someone in your area
is in need during the show.
!
6. Smoking is not permitted inside the GICC.
