GETO® EasyConn Lighting system
General description
The cabling of trucks and trailers should be quick and simple to execute. Operational
reliability in daily operations is a must. This is precisely what the new TITGEMEYER lighting
system EasyConn has to offer..
Distributor
This cost-efficient cabling and lighting system dispenses with a distributor box: distribution
is implemented using a rear adaptor cable, utilising the process-sure EasyConn connector
system. The minimised plug and jack diameters make it even easier to fit to the trailer. The
connection assemblies have been tested in accordance with Safety Classification IP 6K9K.
Optional extra functions
In order to meet individual requirements and provide additional functionality, PG distributors,
Y cable, intermediate adaptors and helical main supply lines can be integrated into this
system. These modular cabling options will meet the requirements of almost any conceivable
trailer application.
Quick-Link cabling system
The Quick-Link cabling system provides a method of joining cable and lamp connectors
together quickly and easily. Lamps with Quick-Link cables have a coupler at the cable end,
which is designed to be connected at the required position to a flat cable by means of a
clamping piece. A crimping pliers is required for assembly.
Insert the coupler over the flat
cable...
...secure by means of the
black clamping piece...
...and squeeze together using
the crimping pliers!
The entire system, including both the cabling and the
individual components, meets the requirements of German
and EU regulations on road transport of hazardous goods.
(Exception: adapter cables with 7N/7S connectors)

TITGEMEYER rear underrun protection devices are tested and
approved as free-standing technical items in accordance with
European Directive 70/221/EEC of 20.03.1970, including all
changes as per Amendment Directive 2006/20/EC for vehicles
with a total mass (total weight) of up to 60 tonnes.
Type approval marks have been issued by the German Federal
Motor Transport Authority (KBA) in this respect.
We will be pleased to provide copies of the expert reports on request.
A device consists of one support, two brackets and two support
end-caps.
The supports carry the mark of approval in the form of a selfadhesive sign covered with protective film. The protective foil can
be removed after the finish has been applied to the device and/or
vehicle.
Please note that the type approval sign applies only to the
