Applications are NOT processed on a first-come,
first-served basis.
Applicant order will be conducted through a random
lottery of applications at 1180 4th Street on
April 8, 2015 at 10:00 AM. Random lottery is open to the public. Applicants are not required to attend.
700 applications will be drawn and placed on the waiting list in the order determined by the lottery.
Applications with numbers 1 - 200 will be processed
first.
All applications will be notified in writing and
postmarked by April 22, 2015 of lottery results.
