GGHS team won the 3rd prize in Earthquake Quiz Organized by IIT Kanpur (U.P.). Participants were
Prabhav P.S.Jadaun (VIII-A), Pratush Singhal (IX-F) Jasjeet Singh Plaha (IX-C), Lakshya Sharma (XI-B)
Sankalp Gupta (VIII-D) and Parikrama Juneja (VI-A) got 1st prize in Junior category, Kartikey Parashar
(X-D) and Parth Gupta (X-A) got 2nd prize in Senior category in Mind Over Matter 2K15 National
Technical Model Exhibition on Innovation and Sustainability, which was organized at ABV-IIITM,
Gwalior.
Anushi Chaturvedi and Akarsh Jain of Class XI got selected for National Level in CBSE Regional
Level Science Exhibition Organized at Indore
In Cohesion Inter School Competition Organized by LAHS, Prakhar Jain and Kartikey Parashar
(class X) got 1st prize in Multimedia Presentation and Kartik Upadhyay and Animesh Sharma (class
X) got 3rd prize in Twin Quinturdles.
Mohit Sahani (VIII-E) and Devang Shrimali (VIII-D) got 3rd Position in Fuel Saving League Quiz
GGHS won 1st prize in Western Choir, Solo Song and Solo Dance in Safwana Art Awards.
GGHS won the Overall Championship Trophy at Spark 2014 organized by Shriram Group of
Colleges.
On the occasion of Swami Vivekanand Jayanti, Sahodaya Inter School Competitions were
organized at RKVM. Glorians won awards in various events:- Patriotic Song – Sanju Pahilajwani (VIIIF)- 2nd position, Paath Avriti- Navya Sood (IV-F)- 2nd Position, Speech (For classes VI to VIII) –
Divyanshi Sharma (VIII-D)- 1st position, Speech(For classes IX to XII) – Manas Abhiram (X-E) – 1st
prize and Vedant Saxena (X-E) 2nd prize.
Asmita Mukerji (X-A) bagged the Consolation prize at Debate Competition Organized by B.V.N.
Tips for Students

Take nutritious food and drink plenty of water to rehydrate the brain.
Set a time table for yourself, it will help you manage time.
Do not mug up answers, understand and learn.
Have at least 8 hours of sound sleep at night.
Avoid heavy meals and be an early riser.
Be confident and if you are restless, take deep breaths, it will do wonders for you.
While studying at home, set a time limit to write a particular answer and see that you complete that
answer within the set time.

 Read English Story Books and Newspapers
 Help parents in household jobs.
 Learn sports activities like skating, Lawn tennis, Badminton, Carrom, Chess and solve sudoku,
crossword puzzles from the news papers.

 List 10 bad habits you have and try to give them up.
 Learn Table Manners.

Please check for faded or short uniform and get them changed.
Please note that students whose report cards are not collected, will not be allowed to resume school
for the new session.
Students should submit Library books before 1st March 2015 positively.
Maps of Social Studies will be retained with Social Studies Teachers in New Session (2015 - 16).
