A leading essential skills expert, Michael has a strong background in essential skills methodology. He has written hundreds of essential skills profiles and assessment items for public and private sector clients. Divona Herzog, MCE – Partner Divona is the lead writer and video producer at ESG. She helps client create an online product that reflects their brand, with a special focus on making information accessible to low skilled readers. She is also responsible for stakeholder consultations. With 30 years of experience in communications and organizational development, Divona has an impressive portfolio.
