Dear Participant,
We are pleased to inform you that in order to facilitate the Participants in
relation to effective management of sub-accounts, CDC has allowed the
movement of most of the securities having “freezed” status in CDS. Kindly
note that this movement would only be allowed through Portfolio Transfer
Reason Code by submitting a request to the CDC Operations Department.
Please also note that this movement is only meant for change of holding
account of an investor and does not imply the permission of trade in such
securities.
The list of the securities with “freezed” status that are now considered
transferable as above is attached herewith for your information and record.
