Ingredients:
1/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
Pepper, to taste
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups uncooked corn, cut from the cob (or 10 oz.
frozen corn kernels, thawed)
1/2 cup chopped scallions
1/3 cup diced red bell pepper
2 tablespoons Suspiciously Delicious Canna-butter
Directions:
Mix everything but the Canna-butter in a large bowl.
Melt 1 tablespoon of Suspiciously Delicious
Canna-butter in a large skillet. Drop corn cake batter
with ladle or spoon into skillet, making cakes that are
approximately 3 inches in diameter. Fry for two or
three minutes on each side until they are golden. Melt
the other tablespoon of Canna-butter, and repeat with
the rest of the batter. Serve with sour cream, salsa,
avocado or whatever else sounds delicious!.

PRUNE BEFORE BLOOM
Summer is coming to an end, and cannabis flowers are getting ready to bloom.
Outdoor cultivators should take this opportunity to prepare for the weight of
those sticky buds on fragile stems. This is an excellent time to stake your plants
so branches are well supported. OrganiCann’s cultivation experts also
recommend pruning away fan leaves and bottom limbs that yield little and
take away budding energy from the rest of the plant. In addition, this will
increase air flow and help to prevent issues with mildew.
Renters’ Rights
or Lack Thereof
The majority of medical cannabis patients in
California do not own their homes, and all of
these individuals need a place to live.
However, renters’ rights are not addressed by
Proposition 215, and most rental agreements
in the state of California are inherently
discriminatory. They usually include
non-smoking clauses, and some even specify
that all tenants must adhere to state and
federal laws. Unfortunately, preceding court
cases that address this matter are again not
on our side. However, your recommendation
is part of your medical records and as such,
you are never required to disclose this
information to a potential landlord. Often,
patients find that if they pay their bills on
time, they are not harassed.To avoid issues
with cannabis and your landlord, try to
medicate out of sight of neighbors,
particularly if they have children. Cultivating
on rental properties is not suggested, but if
you do, make sure indoor grows do not
damage the property, and outdoor grows are
not visible. Many property owners have
preconceived notions about marijuana that
are negative, while some are tolerant and
