“EGGstravaganza” at 12:15 pm. Be a part of this special tradition. Egg decorating for all
ages and an egg hunt for the little ones. Bring raw white eggs WITHOUT any markings for
the more advanced egg waxing and egg batiking. We are also in need of onion skins; skins
may be dropped off in the church office or resource room. LUNCH PROVIDED.
Maundy Thursday – Thursday, April 2
6:30 pm – Dinner and Communion in Fellowship Hall. (Simple dinner provided.)
7:30 pm – Tenebrae Service in the Sanctuary with Choir, Confirmation Student
Liturgists and pastors. The service of darkness includes the readings of the arrest,
interrogation and crucifixion of Jesus.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
PC(USA) APPROVES SAME SEX MARRIAGE - On Tuesday, the 86th Presbytery within the PCUSA
voted in favor of changing our Directory for Worship to allow sessions and pastors to provide
marriage services for same sex couples. Even though other presbyteries will still vote, the
simple majority has been achieved and the change is authorized. This change allows but does
not require PC(USA) congregations to provide such pastoral support. Our Session voted in April
of 2013 to welcome same sex couples to the rights and responsibilities of Christian marriage
and petitioned our General Assembly to take similar action.

 SUNDAY, MARCH 29 - Fellowship WILL be offered Palm Sunday from 1:00-2:30 pm
