Refund Policy
Refund Policy Statement
Girrawaa Games reserves the right to apply a refund or exchange the merchandise at its discretion.
All decisions by Girrawaa Games are final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
Applications for warranty returns will only be accepted within 28 days from date of receiving the
merchandise by you, the customer. Returned goods must be in original condition with all packaging
unbroken. Return freight costs are at the expense of the customer. To apply for a refund contact us
within 28 days from the date of receipt.
Acceptable Refund Circumstances
Acceptable refund conditions includes the CASH Trader Card Game and the Return Goods
Authorisation form are received in a resalable condition by Girrawaa Games within 60 days from
receipt by the customer. The address for the return of merchandise is 3 Pedder Close, Woodcroft
2767 NSW Australia. Shipping costs for returned merchandise will be borne by the customer. If you
have used the product prior to return, or it is determined by Girrawaa Games staff that the product
has been misused or damaged through neglect or negligence, you will be ineligible for a refund.
Girrawaa Games will only refund the customer when all of the below conditions are satisfied:




The Return Goods Authorisation form is completed signed and accompanies the
merchandise back to Girrawaa Games.
The CASH Trader Card Game, including all its contents is in pristine condition, intact,
undamaged and in its original packaging.
The CASH Trader Card Game has not been used and is therefore still classified as unused or
in new condition.
The CASH Trader Card Game is received at Girrawaa Games within 60 days from original
date of receipt by the customer.
Warranty
If the Cash Trader Card Game (including packaging and associated content) is proven to be defective
due to no fault of the customer, we will exchange the Cash Trader Card Game under warranty at no
charge to the customer, as long as the customer makes the claim within 28 days from date of
receipt.
Girrawaa Games will only exchange the CASH Trader Card Game to the customer when the following
condition is satisfied:


The CASH Trader Card Game was originally purchased by the claimant from Girrawaa Games.
The CASH Trader Card Game, or any of its components, is damaged on receipt and returned
to Girrawaa Games along with the Return Goods Authorisation form within 28 days from
date of receipt.

Unacceptable Refund Circumstances
Girrawaa Games will not pay a refund the customer under any other circumstances, including the
customer:



Not having purchased the CASH Trader Card Game through Girrawaa Games.
Having opened and used the CASH Trader Card Game.
Experiencing financial difficulties.
Refund and Exchange Process
Refunds will only be paid to the customer who originally purchased the CASH Trader Card Game
from Girrawaa Games. To apply for a refund the following must be satisfied:


You, the customer has applied for a refund or exchange by completing the Return Goods
Authorisation form and shipping the form with the product to Girrawaa Games within 28
days from date of receipt.
The CASH Trader Card Game, including all associated documentation, has been received by
Girrawaa Games in its original packaging within 60 days from the merchandise being
received.
The customer must complete the following details on the form so that Girrawaa Games may verify
these details:





First and last names
Mailing Address
Date of purchase
Purchase Order number
PayPal email Address (for refund and payment verification)
