ON EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN. Now that spring is finally here we are all eager to experience
the wonder of new life! This spring we have a chance to experience creation in an even more
meaningful way. On Easter Sunday we begin this new series! We will learn how to be a part of
God’s mission to bring heaven down to earth. We are working to make this a practical experience,
so look for several opportunities to participate in the kingdom of God on earth in community, many
of which will be family friendly!
WINTER GIVING This winter we have had three Sunday cancellations due to inclement weather.
Please remember to continue your regular giving. Thanks.
THANK YOU Our deepest thanks and gratitude to the generous ladies of Take a Break who
raised over $400 as their Easter mission gift. This will supply a sewing machine and an accordion
to St. Luke's, Kuol Garang's community church in South Sudan. This will greatly enhance the
music and provide opportunities for the church women to raise money by sewing for the village.
NURSERY VOLUNTEERS are needed. If you can volunteer on a rotational basis, please contact
Jennifer Higgs at [email protected] or Evelyn Hurton at [email protected].

INTER-VARSITY’S MARKeast CAMP This is a week-long immersion in the gospel of Mark, a
mind-blowing exploration of who Jesus is and how he is bringing the Kingdom of God here on
earth. If you are a University student, you should not miss this! Over 150 students from Eastern
Canada will be at Greenhill Lake Camp from April 30th – May 6th and we would love for you to be
among them! Cost is $400. Register by contacting Dana at www.ivcf.ca/register/markeast. This
year, for the first time, there will be a guest track at MARKeast for anyone who might be slightly
