PARBOIL UNTIL PARTIALLY COOKED. 3. REMOVE, DRAIN AAND ALLOW TO COOL. 4. STIR IN SMALL POTION OF SBF JERK SAUCE – ENOUGH TO TASTE WITH POTATOES. (MAY SUBSTITUTE SBF JERK SAUCE FOR SBF JERK SPICE RUB - ¼ TO ½ OZ PER LB). 5. GREASE AN OVEN TRAY WITH VEGETABLE OIL. SPREAD POTATOES IN SINGLE LAYER, THEN BAKE UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN. 6. REMOVE, THEN SERVE. • • • ANY COMBINATION OF: O ZUCCHINI, SQUASH, BROCCOLI, CAULIFLOWER, CARROTS, BELL PEPPERS, ONIONS, 1 TBS MARGARINE SADIE B FOODS JERK SPICE RUB SADIE B FOODS AUTHENTIC JAMAICAN JERK SAUCE Left to Right: Jerk Spice Rub, Jerk BBQ Sauce, Bar-B-Licious BBQ Sauce and Authentic Jamaican Jerk Sauce. PLACE ON PREHEATED ELECTRIC, OVEN, GAS OR CHARCOAL GRILL. APPLY SBF JERK SAUCE SPARINGLY TO TASTE WHILE COOKING. (DO NOT OVERCOOK) 4. REMOVE, THEN SERVE Vegan Recipes Jammin’ Jerk Tofu INGREDIENTS: • • EXTRA FIRM TOFU SADIE B FOODS AUTHENTIC JAMAICAN JERK SAUCE DIRECTIONS: 1. PREHEAT ELECTRIC, OVEN, GAS OR CHARCOAL GRILL. 2. SLICE TOFU TO DESIRED THICKNESS. 3. PLACE ON PREHEATED GRILL. 4. BRUSH FIRST SIDE OF TOFU SPARINGLY WITH SBF JERK SAUCE. WHEN GRILLED TURN OVER ON OTHER SIDE AND REPEAT. ADD MORE SAUCE TO INCREASE INTENSITY. 5. WHEN COMPLETE REMOVE FROM GRILL AND SERVE WITH SADIE B'S JERK BBQ SAUCE.
