Washington International Piano Arts Council (WIPAC), under the
gracious patronage of H. E. the Ambassador of Bulgaria Elena
Poptodorova and Mr. Georgi Petrov proudly presents this unique and
exciting concert in the capital city of Washington, The Winners Grand
Prix Concert, now a tradition in D.C. in its 14th year.
WIPAC very own First Place Winners, Dr. Michael Slavin of New York,
N.Y. and Jelena Vladikovic of Phoenix, Arizona will be performing and
showcasing their pianistic talents.
The concert is WIPAC’s main fundraiser to sustain its mission of hosting
the Festival of Music and the Washington International Piano Artists
Competition in cooperation with The George Washington University
Music Department, the Kosciuszko Foundation and various embassies
in the capital city.
