After ten years working as a chemical engineer in Austraia, this passion led him to start his own cooking school, Cooking Passions, in 2002. Running classes from their Leederville home, overlooking a Bali-‐inspired garden, Nico and his cooking school has been featured in Gourmet Traveller, the West Australian and Sunday Times newspapers, and in Scoop magazine.
