Wiltshire Ornithological Society
Founded in 1974, the Society encourages the
study, recording and conservation of the
county’s birds. Recorded findings are published in
‘Hobby’, the annual bird report, and in WOS
News, a quarterly bulletin. Field trips allow birding
in small groups and indoor meetings are held in
winter months.
