Road to Mental Readiness (R2MR) Collaboration
R2MR is a mental health education model developed by
the Department of National Defense (DND) and adapted
by the Mental Health Commission of Canada (MHCC) to
deliver to police personnel.

status of this initiative will be facilitated.

Government and industry leaders will provide a review of
the current status of autonomous vehicle testing in Ontario
as well as look at the possible future of automated vehicles.

Partnerships to Proactively Reduce Injuries
Parachute President and CEO Louise Logan and Alex
Jordan, Senior Coordinator, Programs will present on
Parachute’s success leading, inspiring, and mobilizing
Canadians of all ages around injury prevention and safety
solutions. Parachute is creating a movement and building
awareness of the issue of injury, to keep Canadians safe at
home, on the road, at work, and at play. Louise and Alex
will explore best practices in partnership engagement by
profiling two of their major initiatives, Safe Kids Week and
National Teen Driver Safety Week. Additionally, they will
share examples of how Parachute mobilizes and works with
youth and community in innovative partnerships in injury
prevention.
